Vacation rentals with beach access in Florida

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

our stay was excellent and better than described. It was made very clear not to expect a 5 star accommodation but to us it was. the unit was clean and had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean. the outside deck area was great and had a nice view. We appreciated the beach tent for our baby. The unit was not fancy and clearly outdated but no complaints. restaurants and playground both a nice 10 minute walk. The host were very quick to reply, gave specific instructions and were attentive. They seemed very committed to making sure we had a comfortable stay. We hope to stay again!

Great stay the pool is heated and newer The unit is big ! comfortable beds guest bed very comfortable! any and all things you need for adults and kids . Appreciated dish soap, hand soap, packs of toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen supplies, spices. Parking lot was smooth lobby staff nice . Easy beach access. In the unit there’s beach chairs could beach toys so many towels & washcloth. For bathroom and beach, really appreciate that.

We were very happy with our stay. Wonderful access to the beach and close to Downtown Cocoa Beach. The home was clean but the bathroom is small for a family or two couples. Overall great experience.

Absolute steal! Beautiful condo perfect for couples looking for a beachfront getaway. Incredible view in a condo building that is quiet & easy to get around. Location is AWESOME - A quaint little beach (Crescent Beach) just about 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine! Jianchun is a great host and is very responsive! Already booked again for next year's spring break! 5 stars all the way around!

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Beautiful house in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the community pool. The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with young kids. The bunk bed room worked perfect for our little ones.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with Daniel was seamless from start to finish; he was very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. It really made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Nice quiet neighborhood house worked great for what we needed. Close to beach and great restaurants

Melissa’s place was perfect for our stay. Getting in was a little bit frustrating…we had 4 adults and a t separate times all had trouble with the keyless entry. The decor was adorable, beds comfy and plenty of seating inside and out. My husband noted the deep fryer wasn’t clean but we didn’t need it anyway. And very occasionally in the master bed I would get a whiff of musty air. But, all in all it met expectations and was a comfortable, welcoming and affordable place to stay. Thanks Melissa!

Had a great time with my wife and two kids. The place was clean and as described in the listing. Excellent location within a short walk to beach access, and the community park as well. Jimmy was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back again.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. The house was beautiful and decor was like the pictures. It felt like home the first night we stayed. We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

I loved the private access to the beach and i was very pleased that there were chairs and other activities that were provided in the condo for us to take to the beach. Two adults and two teenagers slept comfortably, and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would stay again for sure!

Marina's place was excellent! Exactly as described and had everything we needed and more. I usually bring along a few things that often seem to be missing at airbnbs and this is the first place I've stayed where I didn't need a single thing....and the closet full of beach toys was a huge plus for my kid. The view was beautiful and we got to watch dolphins in the mornings right from our balcony, the pool and beach were such easy access and it was a very easy walk or drive to anywhere else we wanted to go. Will absolutely book here again. :)

This was a very cozy place to stay. It had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean. We would stay here again
