Luxury rentals in Florida

We had a wonderful week staying at this Latitude Key rental. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Check in went smooth and the entire place, both indoors and outside, was immaculately clean. Throughout the week we needed some assistance from the property manager and they were quick to respond and resolve the minor requests that we had. We finally had our entire family over for Thanksgiving and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area and had a wonderful time. Great overall stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing home and pool! perfectly located on 30A, close to beach access and 15 min golf cart ride to either end of 30A but exceptionally private and serene. Overall a stunning home fit for family and friends to visit and responsive staff to tend to needs. only drawback was the pool guy and pest control showing up unannounced on two different occasions- that should have been communicated to us in advance.

You truly can’t beat the incredible location of this Airbnb. And like the other reviews state, it’s surprisingly quiet, despite being right on Duval St. None of us had any issues sleeping soundly through the night. I think this Airbnb was actually better than the photos - incredibly spacious, private, and so many areas to sit, hang out, and relax. The management was the best I’ve ever seen in any Airbnb as well. Response time was super fast anytime I had a question about something. You will not regret staying here!!

Amazing property, excellent decor, breathtaking pool and fun activities. The photos do not do it justice. Communication with host was very simple and quick. Everyone thoroughly loved and enjoyed the house, especially the kids! Thank you!

Great location, just a few minute walk down to the beach and only a street over from several shops and restaurants. This was the perfect house for a large group and was spread out enough that everyone had their own space. I would 100% stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

This was a beautiful property and a very accommodating host. We had 6 guests on a work trip and it was the perfect house option. Very clean, large bedrooms. Beautiful outdoor space.

Excellent. My friends were very impressed, and they're not easy to impress. The place was BEAUTIFUL and we had a great time. Residential neighborhood. Marc was very communicative. I'm a hermit so I prefer less communication but most people will love it. The jacuzzi blowers and heat are remotely operated so you text Marc and he turns them on for a half hour. Everything was as advertised. Appliances were immaculate. Vibes were immaculate. Everything just worked.

This home was the perfect spot for a small group of friends to spend some quality time together. The home and the sunset views are better than the pictures! Comfy beds, spacious rooms, entertainment, and the amazing outdoor spaces *chef’s kiss* The home was a dream! Thank you!
