Perfect home away from home for a High Springs getaway! Absolutely lovely, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom is gorgeous and the outdoor seating area is just perfect. Siobhan and Lee are wonderful hosts with amazing recommendations!

Ruth and Jim were truly exceptional hosts! The studio was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—including a great selection of appliances. They went the extra mile by providing a helpful guidebook full of local recommendations, plus a guest book that added a lovely personal touch. Communication was seamless—Ruth and Jim were always quick to respond and genuinely kind in every interaction. Their home is surrounded by beautiful gardens in both the front and back, creating a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. We only wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the cozy backyard furniture! Whenever we return to Daytona Beach, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. Huge thanks to Ruth and Jim for making our visit so memorable!

A great location for those looking for proximity to the airport and the car rental center. But it also caters to tourists due to its easy access to Downtown Miami and Miami Beach. We definitely recommend it!

Marlene was great from our first interaction at booking until our last contact when leaving. This place was perfectly for me and my 17 year old son. We appreciated having our own rooms. The pool and sitting areas were so nice. The flowers and little gnome gardens made it feel so magical. We enjoyed the location and didn't mind the drive into Orlando.

The location and setup were great. The bed is large and comfortable for two people, and the A/C worked well. The kitchen area was convenient for making coffee, and the mini fridge is perfect for storing leftovers (just note that it doesn’t include a freezer section). The bathroom has a window near the shower that lets in nice natural light, but it might benefit from a privacy covering since it faces another property.

There is NO negative about this place! Christine and Michael went over and above in everything! VERy accommodating with anything we needed! After we checked out- I had forgot our charger- and Christine knew we were meeting the in-laws at breakfast and she showed up and brought it to us!! Can’t ask for better hosts! When we come back- we know where to go! Oh and did I mention their 2 doodles!! We were right at home- because we have 2 doodles as well!❤️

Staying at Norma’s property in Tampa was an absolute pleasure. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and the photos were spot on. The location couldn't have been better; close to everything I needed while still feeling like a quiet getaway. Norma was an excellent host—responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I would absolutely love to return and rent the same place again. When I'm in Tampa, this is my go-to spot. Everything was truly outstanding!

Tim & Amy's home was the perfect get-away for my wife's birthday weekend. We loved how comfortable and cozy it was. It was so close to the popular Three Sister Springs and many great places to eat. It was so convenient and the perfect place to relax after each day of enjoying Crystal River and the springs. Tim and Amy were awesome host. We will defiantly be back and hope to book with Tim and Amy again.

I had a truly unforgettable stay! the welcome was so kind and the place is peaceful and quiet, just perfect for rest. I especially appreciated the clean space and the wonderful mattress, I slept so well! but the highlight for me was the jacuzzi bath it’s such an important way for me to relax and recharge… It gave me a great mood for the whole day! This property is an amazing find! Thoughtfully laid out, very tastefully decorated with soothing spa like colors and decor. Spotlessly clean and AC nice and cold. Wonderfully appointed very spacious for 2 and mobility limitation friendly as it’s flat and uncluttered. Perfect location just minutes walk away from beautiful beaches and Island eats. Outdoors seating in lush garden is the perfect place to decompress. Great parking right out front. The hosts were kind, friendly and easy to reach- they offered excellent directions and suggestions to make the stay easy and smooth every step of the way. A really special property in a beautiful private setting! Highly recommend!

Great private getaway for couples! The place was clean and has all the supplies you need and the pool is beautiful. The host was very kind and responsive. We couldn’t ask for anything more

Elsa was a friendly host. We loved our little cottage at the back of her garden. It was private and had access to the laundry. This time of year is hot so the aircon was divine. Just a short walk to Calle Ocho for Cuban restaurants and live music. Not too far from MIA airport either. The bed was comfy and had plenty of room for two and a great shower. A lovely stay in Miami.

We had an incredible time at the Cedarwood studio! Every detail has been considered and the space is perfect for two people! It is a five minute walk to a quiet section of the beach and the beach chairs and umbrella being provided was a bonus. The owner even picked us up on his golf cart and took us to the beach on one of our trips. The guest book indicates that many people who rent the property choose to stay there again and again. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely perfect stay! I wish I could give them 10 Stars! This is my 2nd time staying at Coastal Haven, and everything was amazing! This will always be my go to place in Cocoa Beach! Cindy goes above and beyond for her guests! The cottage was immaculate, and she provides so many personal touches that make you feel right at home along with so many nice treats for my myself and my dog! It’s the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is just a short little walk away with the most beautiful sunrises you will ever see. I love this area of cocoa beach because it feels more private, and I love that I can take my dog on the beach! Do yourself a favor and book Coastal haven! You won’t regret it!

Lori’s home was a perfect stay while we were in town for a wedding. Check in was easy and the room was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. I’m so glad we chose to stay here instead of getting a hotel. It felt like home away from home! I highly recommend Lori’s home to anyone!

Karen is a wonderful host—very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. I was warmly welcomed by a personalized message on the studio door that read, ‘Welcome to Shore Drive, Namrata.’ It was such a thoughtful touch! The place itself was cozy and comfortable. She had thought of everything you might need for a Florida weekend—beach towels, sunscreen, hats, and more. It really made the stay effortless and enjoyable.
