Waterfront vacation rentals in Charlotte County

We loved our two week stay. The unit is small, but perfect for us. We were looking for a "less busy" location with quick access to other locations ... we were close enough to Sarasota, Siesta Key, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda. Some good restaurants options close, some within walking distance ... if you didn't want to venture too far. Everything was, as described ... no surprises. Our needs/questions were few because all was communicated well ... but, for the few questions we did have the host and the maintenance crew were very responsive. We plan to stay here again.

We loved our stay! It was exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. We wanted access to the beach and it was right across the street and down and bit. We enjoyed the clean house and updated features . We especially loved the little bathroom touches … we forgot to pack Q-tips but then found some in the bathrooms - it was great :) we will definitely stay here again !

Enjoyed my solo stay here for 3 nights. Quaint, quiet, nice space for one person (or two!) Had everything I needed though I did not spend much time on the property. Clean, comfortable bed. Host reached out frequently to inquire about my experience and offered help as required.

Mike and Karen were amazing hosts and extremely hospitable:) my only wish was that my dad and I could have stayed longer. 100 percent plan on returning next year for some more fishing. 6 stars

Everything was just a short distance and the beach was a short walk from the condo and thank you for the beach supplies for a leisurely relaxing day at the beach …I will definitely recommend your place to friends and family and hope to return one day soon .

What an amazing place! Right on the ocean!!! Tons of sharks teeth🫶 Evan went above and beyond to make my stay beyond incredible, as well as, making fantastic recommendations for restaurants and anything else I needed! Being a native of Florida, (born and raised) this is the perfect private getaway and hidden 💎 gem! My husband I spent the month of March at Serenity and found it to be an exceptional experience! The house was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the lanai and pool area and spent many happy hours there. The online guidebook was extremely helpful, and being able to park in the garage was an added bonus. We feel that Brandi and Scott have put a lot of effort into making this home welcoming and inviting to everyone. Communication was easy and response time was short. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and it's a short drive to anywhere in Punta Gorda. We highly recommend Serenity and are planning to return next year!

We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

The Marina house exceeded our expectations. it was a beautiful place with an awesome host. the place was impeccably clean and came complete with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Highly recommended!

Beautiful, modern home, exactly as pictured online. Lovely furniture and decor. Plenty of space for our group of 7. The neighborhood is growing - a lot of construction in the area - but it wasn't disruptive during our stay. Close to shopping and beaches. Lots of extras available for use like pool floats, a corn hole set, puzzles, games and books as well as kitchen extras like spices, cooking oil, plenty of paper towels, etc. Zach was a responsive host especially after our stay was technically over. I left my jacket there, was able to talk to Zach and he facilitated my ability to get back inside and retrieve it. Would highly recommend.

This house was lovely! It had everything we needed for our 6 night stay, with indoor and outdoor space to use. The canal views were great, especially at sunrise! The garage was equipped with everything we might need, including a cooler and beach chairs. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely recommend this place!

Our stay was very comfortable and safe for children (grand). Upon arrival the home was very very clean the floor shined, glass doors were so clean you had to make sure it was open before walking through. The pool was maintained once a week and very comfortable. Plenty of seating outside for nice evenings. The boat lift was very useful and only minutes to the harbor. Definitely looking forward to renting again.

Very nice place. It was bright and clean and we loved the furniture. Beds were very comfy. We were supplied with lots of dishes and silverware which is nice. We like to be outdoors so we spent most of our time outside. The view was awesome! We even saw dolphins swimming by👍.

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

I’ve never written a review before but felt Nick and his condo deserved one! Nick’s place was completely remodeled and felt brand new. It was spotless when we arrived and immediately felt at ease when we walked through the door. The parking spot was right next to the condo along with easy entry. The beach is just a few feet away which made carrying the beach chairs, towels, sand toys, sea shell sifter and drinks easy to carry. The place came equipped with everything you would need to have the perfect beach vacation. Shark teeth are abundant! Once we were done on the beach we headed across the street to the heated pool every afternoon. There are two donut tubes for the kids to play with that were at the condo. The pool was great, it reaches 4ft 9 in. deep and has stairs on both sides to walk in. Plenty of lounge chairs to choose from. It was a great location! Almost right across the street from Magnolia’s. Nick was great with communication and his place was perfect. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! Just as listed. One minute walk to the beach, 2 min walk to the pool and bay across the street. The beach was nice and pool was clean and warm. Condo was comfortable, nice and clean. Plenty of kitchen supplies. We ended up eating in most of the time with the full kitchen and not a lot of restaurant near by/ the restaurants are very busy. Convenient with parking and beach toys and chairs provided. We would stay here again!

Had a wonderful trip using Airbnb for the first time! The place was immaculate, and we truly felt at home. We especially loved the location—it was so close to our favorite spot, Boca Grande. Although we didn’t get to meet our host in person, he was incredibly helpful and responsive through messages. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. We saw lots of dolphins while sitting on the balcony. Great location located near a quiet beach and good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future.
