Beachfront vacation rentals in Charlotte County

The house is a new renovation and Dana is still putting up finishing touches. Overall, the house served our needs and we all were happy with the house and location

Had a wonderful trip using Airbnb for the first time! The place was immaculate, and we truly felt at home. We especially loved the location—it was so close to our favorite spot, Boca Grande. Although we didn’t get to meet our host in person, he was incredibly helpful and responsive through messages. We would definitely stay again!

We have been coming to the Placida/Englewood area for the past 6 years and absolutely love it! Leslie’s place was perfect as it’s on the water and allowed us to dock our boat. We are on our boat everyday fishing, exploring the local beaches, and island hopping. Leslie’s place offered such amazing convenience for all of that and we couldn’t have been happier. There were a couple small hiccups in the beginning , but Leslie was such an attentive and responsive host and immediately took care of it for us. She was a gracious host and we will definitely remember our great stay at her house on the canal. Definitely a peaceful and relaxing vacation after such a long, cold Michigan winter. It was a much-needed getaway. Thank you, Leslie! We wish you all the best!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. We stayed here for a quick weekend trip and had a wonderful time! The house was tastefully appointed, extremely clean, and had everything we needed—including a beach tote, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and an umbrella. It was an easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded and nice. Jennifer was an excellent host and extremely responsive. It was definitely a great find!

We really enjoyed our stay! We’ve been to Manasota Key a few other times in the past and always enjoyed the beaches and proximity to Englewood and Venice. We found the condo to be very nice and clean. The kitchen has all the appliances you might need and generous counter space. Our only complaint, which is subjective, is that the bed is firmer than we have at home. Folks visiting the area right now should be aware that hurricane recovery efforts are ongoing. The beach access for the condo is good but the public beach has mounds of sand, there are homes being remediated, so there are sounds of construction and heavy equipment throughout the day. The Waverly Restaurant is a short walk away and they are open, as is the Circle K, and the local mom and pop seafood shack. We bought some fresh jumbo shrimp and grilled them for dinner. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation.

This is our fourth year in a row. We really like the location. Dave and Mary are responsive to issues that arise.

Ronnie’s house was awesome! We brought our boat over and it was just a quick ride to open water. The kids loved the pool when we went in the boat. House was spotless and very nice! Ronnie was very quick to answer and checked on us every day during the stay. Don’t hesitate on booking. You will be happy you did!

Rick and Marites's place was just what we needed coming on the heels of the cold miserable winter in Michigan: a peaceful, beautiful retreat by the sea. It is wonderful to walk out the door and in a few steps be right on the beach. It’s a stunning and special place, and we came away feeling rested and grateful for the experience. This a jewel and not to be missed. It is impressive how much Rick and Marites have done in making the place comfortable and the surrounding landscaping feel like you're in a botanical garden. Highly recommended!

We had a great time visiting Beth’s unit at The Boardwalk Condominiums. The condo itself was perfect for our family, the view of the Gulf was beautiful, and Manasota Key area was so fun for our family with ages ranging from 73 years old to 12 years old. Lots of fun walking to restaurants and hopping between the pool and beach. Thanks for everything, Beth!

Lora at Evolve was tremendous to work with. The property itself was as advertised. The beach access was terrific, as was the beach itself, and I think we used every one of the amenities. We also didn't have to go straight to the store for paper goods and other supplies - everything seemed to be as we needed it. Lots of ink spilled on the decor, but we found it to be a great conversation starter with some unique items inspiring creativity amongst our kids. Overall a fantastic experience, and we'd hope to make it back!

We have spent many years coming to Englewood and this is by far the best rental we’ve found. Being able to walk out the door and see the Gulf is amazing! The house is completely redone after the hurricane and I think we were the first to be there and use it. Beautifully done! We can’t wait to come back again. Nathan was helpful and always quick to respond to my questions. We had a great stay!

Great place and super close to beach! Nice with small kiddos to be able to walk 20 steps and be right in the middle of the 🏝️ beach!

Paradise, beach was wonderful. Amazing views and sounds right on the beach. The island is recovering from the hurricane and all the people we met that live there were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Everything was great about our stay: the location, the property, the communication. By far the best views of all 4 condos, lots of ocean on both sides. Tough choice between a cocktail on the lovely balcony and the sunny beach just steps away. The owner are very nice. The space is ample and quiet. Decent eating out near by. Perfect Florida vacation.

We loved this private beach getaway. The sunsets, shark teeth, ocean breeze, lots of room in the house ….everything was perfect. Host was responsive!

This is our second time staying at this lovely home. It is well stocked and beautifully decorated. We love having the dock right across the street and the beach a short golf cart ride away. We will be back! Lauran was always responsive, easy to work with and kind.
