Traditional Italian Country House

KelseyRating, 5 stars20 months ago
We stayed at Pat’s place so my daughter could do riding lessons while traveling. Pat is so kind and proactive, we had storms while we stayed and she was constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay. The apartment was a typical older Italian apartment decorated in horse theme. My daughter loved it! The WiFi was fast and reliable when it wasn’t storming. We would definitely stay again.

Apartment Little Arch

AudreyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Such a cute apartment in Orvieto! It wasn't too far from the funiculare so we didn't have to drag our suitcases all over the city to get there, but it's still very walkable to everything else in Orvieto, so the location was perfect. Pasquale was super responsive and flexible, he even let us check in an hour early and do an hour late check out. There are a lot of stairs getting into the apartment and then up to the bedrooms, but it's noted in the description and to be expected in anywhere in these types of apartments. Would definitely book again!
A bright living area features a white futon with a red accent pillow, positioned near a dining table with four chairs. Large windows dressed in sheer curtains allow natural light to enter, illuminating the space. Artistic photographs adorn the walls, adding a touch of character.

"La Rocca" Borgo Fratta Holiday Houses

CaterinaRating, 5 stars42 months ago
We stayed at Maria Teresa's place for the bridge at the end of October. The place is just for four people, clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for getting around different villages and the house is also close to the center of Umbertide. The place is really quiet and pleasant. The reception was excellent, warm and full of ideas on what to visit in the area.
The outdoor patio is complemented by a dining table and chairs, surrounded by an array of greenery. Sliding glass doors provide access to the interior, while planters and hanging plants enhance the tranquil setting. Sunlight casts a warm glow across the terracotta-tiled floor.

We stayed at Rocco's place for the weekend and really enjoyed our time there. Emanuela was super nice and welcoming. The apartment is comfortable, with all the appliances you could wish for, access to a nice garden, and a good kitchen where you can cook your evening meals.

The Abbot's House near Spello / Assisi

BeccaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! We stayed for 4 days with our baby, and loved it so much we booked to return later in our trip! Alessio and Alessandra have created a beautiful, cosy and immaculate home. It was once a church, feels full of history and is very peaceful. They’ve added so many lovely, homely touches and it has everything you need and more. The house is in Collepino, an incredibly special hilltop village. It’s one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed in, with stunning views, gorgeous houses and streets, friendly people and lovely walks from the doorstep. Alessio and Alessandra are the BEST hosts. They clearly take so much pride and enjoyment in what they do, and are extremely friendly and welcoming - we felt more like friends by the end of it! They met us on arrival, gave us lots of tips for the area, and we joined them for the Easter service in the tiny church. Thanks so much for everything and we’ll definitely be back (again)!
A spacious bed with a decorative wrought iron headboard is positioned in a softly lit room. On either side of the bed, bedside tables support small lamps, providing gentle illumination. A set of neatly arranged towels adds a touch of comfort to the inviting atmosphere.

The little house under the tower - the night bells OFF -

AlessandroRating, 5 stars32 months ago
Apartment with everything you need to spend a pleasant family holiday. The village where the apartment is very nice and clean and there is also a small playground near the house. Too bad some activities were closed during our stay but on the other hand there were entertainment on the weekends. From the apartment it is easy to reach by car the coast and cultural and tourist places in the area. Great food and wine.
