We had such a good time with the kids in this beautiful house that we were sorry to leave it. Everything was perfectly equipped. We were impressed by the thoughtful and attentive hospitality towards guests. Thank you so much!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Federica's house has a unique atmosphere, surrounded by greenery and close to Perugia, offering the perfect compromise between tranquility and comfort to reach different locations in Umbria. It is cozy, very clean and spacious. Federica was really nice, always available to help us with advice on places to see and where to eat, or when we had any requests. We really enjoyed ourselves and considering how much Umbria has to offer, we will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended.

The accommodation was cute and very tidy.✨ It was inconvenient that I couldn't use the internet and phone, but overall I had a satisfactory stay! I recommend it:)

Was lovely to stay at one of the apartments on Renato's estate. Renato and his wife are very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The estate is very secluded on hilltop 5km drive from the village, with beautiful grounds providing enough privacy for individual apartments as well as a restful setting. Would love to go back next time we're in the area.

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

Impeccable experience, very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Beautiful terrace with hot tub from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Emanuele then was super responsive, kind and helpful (to tell me one: he also helped us transport the groceries from the parking lot to the apartment, it was like meeting an old friend). Very nice space consisting of several bedrooms, a large kitchen and a separate living room - dining room. Semi-underground space, particularly suitable for hot months. Private parking spot in front of the listing. Apartment better equipped (kitchen equipment and dishes) than anything we've seen before and even than what we have at home! Very good bedding. In cold weather, heating of the rooms (and indirectly of the kitchen) with ventilation/air conditioning, and of the living room with an automatic pellet stove). Nothing negative to say.

Loved our 3 day stay in Angela's beautifully decorated and warm ground floor apartment in a grand house. It was a short walk up to the centre of Assisi. Looking out to the olive grove and to the Cathedral was special esp lit up at night. Thank you for having us stay 🙏 Celina and Paul

We felt very comfortable at the place - a great location for exploring Perugia and close to the train and bus station as well as to the escalators. In the morning sun we were able to enjoy our coffee in the garden. Highly recommend!

We stayed with Sonia and Roberto for two days on the occasion of New Year's Eve 2025. Before our arrival, they were kind enough to make sure we didn't have any food allergies to prepare a welcome kit and left us their phone numbers for any reason. Upon arrival, we had difficulty finding the accommodation and they were so kind as to meet us on the street. In addition, they have always been responsive, flexible and provided us with all the necessary information about transportation and taxis. Roberto was so kind as to personally accompany us to the station on our departure. The place is very tidy and clean, but a bit far from the center if you want to walk around (35 minutes). It is well served by public transport, available until about 8:30 pm.

We had a great time at Giulana’s place. Perfect location in the very center of the city. Very comfortable place, very well equipped, lot of space for everyone. The host is very collaborative for any need. Everything in the house worked well: heating, hot water, chicken, bathroom. Very recommended! The only issue is the parking if you have a car. Since the apartment is in the center of the old city you have to walk down for the parking and in the morning the center is closed for non residents cars.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful location, only negative note is the little natural light inside the accommodation but it's worth it for the beauty of the latter

We had a wonderful stay at Rubens and Luisa’s beautiful apartment in Perugia. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect—close to the heart of Perugia, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Rubens and Luisa were extremely helpful throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Perugia.

Claudia is very kind, polite and responsive. Comfortable house, with many amenities, clean and in a quiet area. The private parking is extremely convenient, house equipped for all necessary needs. Complete kitchen, comfortable and equipped for any eventuality. Nearby supermarkets, bars and clubs, which allow the accommodation to be very convenient. We'll definitely be back!

Very spacious apartment with attention to details. We felt right at home. The hosts had also left some things for breakfast (including milk, jams, tarts, etc.) and for cleaning. We didn't have to think about shopping because the bare necessities were already there (such as coffee for the morning, hand soap, etc.). Personal hygiene kits were also stored in the bathroom, which were much appreciated. Fabio and Monica were very helpful, responsive and friendly. A very positive experience!

We chose Il Sole del Sodo because it had 6 en-suite rooms, a pool, was close to a town and a train station and had a well- regarded host who could provide extras like breakfast, dinners, cooking classes and olive oil tastings e.g. Claudia! While rustic, the villa’s charm and peaceful spaces draw you right in and Claudia’s hospitality is unsurpassed. The villa fronts to the road to Cortona and backs to a field of sunflowers. Our family and friends dined on the private patio and found a back way to walk up to Cortona for exercise. A unique and wonderful experience!

Spacious, clean and comfortable house, kind and precise host, ideal area to visit Assisi. Everything is excellent.

What can I say.. Matteo was amazing. He went above and beyond nothing was a bother to him. He offered his services to collect us when we arrived by train, took us to the supermarket and even gave us a short tour around the area n village. On our departure Matteo again picked us up and took us to the train station and took all the worry of us working out how to get there. We were there for a wedding and stayed 7 days. Defiantly need a car to get around but if you dont and want to just chill you can definitely do that as well. It's a beutiful little village. The cafe and restaurants were so friendly you felt welcomed. If didnt live so far away would be back again . Defiantly recommend 👌

This place is even more beautiful than the photos capture. The scenic placement and gorgeous views of the Umbrian hills are spectacular. The pool was cleaned every day, and the house and yard were perfect. To top it all off, we fell in love with a local restaurant with even more spectacular surroundings and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten (Il Sasso). The Pacini family were kind and hospitable, as well as generous with their fruits and vegetables!

Wonderful location with very large and secure garden and swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen and the kids loved the play houses. Valeria was very helpful and we really enjoyed the traditional Italian meal she arranged for us at the villa.
