Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Umbria

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

BOOK THIS PLACE! I have stayed at a ton of Airbnbs all over the world. This was one of my favorites. The views from all the windows can't be beat. The location is incredible! We had free parking only a few minutes walk away (up hill on the way there). The place was very large and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and accommodating.

We had such a good time with the kids in this beautiful house that we were sorry to leave it. Everything was perfectly equipped. We were impressed by the thoughtful and attentive hospitality towards guests. Thank you so much!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Federica's house has a unique atmosphere, surrounded by greenery and close to Perugia, offering the perfect compromise between tranquility and comfort to reach different locations in Umbria. It is cozy, very clean and spacious. Federica was really nice, always available to help us with advice on places to see and where to eat, or when we had any requests. We really enjoyed ourselves and considering how much Umbria has to offer, we will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended.

We were greeted super warmly by Lorenzo's Mama Alba. The apartment even exceeded their pictures. Really very very nice and so comfortable. Has everything you need. Wonderful location and sensational atmosphere. Lorenzo's numerous tips were all gold value and we were able to enjoy Tuscan cuisine every day. The small town of Anghiari is fantastic, a really beautiful place in the middle of Tuscany. Everything worked out great, from the communication with Lorenzo to the " daily care" by Alba. Impeccable stay, house always warm at the right point both day and night, Sara offered us something for breakfast which was much appreciated, the nights were beautiful in the midst of the beauty of the woods and the silence. The price for an apartment like this is really good, and honestly we can't wait to go back, it was sad to have to leave already, even the dog had fallen in love with the place! Thanks for the great experience. 💕

Words can’t describe how beautiful this little restored village is - if you are seeking for a tasteful arranged place where you are all by yourself, surrounded by pure nature and a few other guests (that respect your privacy) this is where you should go. Highly recommended!!

Good week in this house

Wow, what a beautiful spot, secluded but centrally located so that it is an easy drive to so much of the umbira/tuscany area. Simona was so helpful, responsive, and generous and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

we only stayed one night, we wanted to visit Terni and the waterfalls. So we were only in the house long enough to put down our suitcases and then the night and then we got ready the next morning to check out. In any case, I report: very tidy house with everything you need; clean bathroom and overall very clean villa. The villa is not far from the Basilica of San Valentino while to reach the center of Terni, you need to travel by car. Maurizio is really helpful and friendly, highly recommended accommodation 🤠

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Lucy and Tommy’s house. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is truly a haven of peace - we spent so much time there, fully unwinding and recharging. From the moment we arrived, Lucy and Tommy were wonderful hosts, always available and incredibly helpful. They provided great local recommendations, and we were also lucky enough to try their delicious homemade olive oil. The house is located in an extremely peaceful area, surrounded by trees and nature, which made our stay even more relaxing. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and we truly hope to visit again in the future.

Loved our 3 day stay in Angela's beautifully decorated and warm ground floor apartment in a grand house. It was a short walk up to the centre of Assisi. Looking out to the olive grove and to the Cathedral was special esp lit up at night. Thank you for having us stay 🙏 Celina and Paul

Staying in Gabriella and Luca's farmhouse was like a breath of fresh air! We were greeted by Luca, very kind, who provided us with very clear directions on the area. But even before our arrival we received precise and detailed directions on how to get to the farmhouse. The place is wonderful and the surroundings are beautiful. The house is very well kept, as well as the antique and valuable furniture that we greatly appreciated. We would have liked to stay more than two days, but surely, when we return to the area, the farmhouse will be our first choice. Thanks again to Gabriella and Luca!

This place was perfect, very central location which was great for exploring Assisi. We had a great time and Francesco was quick to respond to any of our needs. Would highly recommend this place!

Small apartment in a wonderful context, with a view of the hills around Assisi and a pool that we could not use because it was still cold. Inside as pictured, bathroom a little small but complete with everything and everything new including the bedroom furnishings and the kitchen. Great independent heating given the rainy and damp days. Roberta host present and responsive, recommended local restaurants and resolved a small issue in no time. I recommend it for those who want a quiet place outside the village, and with the Umbrian villages around Assisi at your fingertips! I would definitely go back.

The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

It's one of those places you wouldn't want to write the review because you'd like to keep it all to yourself... It's an authentic immersion experience in the woods and the beautiful landscape of the calanques. The house is surrounded by nature, very clean, pleasant and cared for. The nearest village can be reached in a few minutes and has all the essentials (bars, groceries, excellent trattoria with typical cuisine). Tobia's hospitality was exquisite, we immediately had a good time. Super attentive to any of our needs and at the same time very discreet and informal to make us feel very comfortable and relaxed.
