Beach House is located on the shores of Lake Trasimeno. The location is lovely, it's one of the few properties on the lake. The location allows you to admire breathtaking sunsets in all seasons of the year, where the shades and magic of the colors will remain a wonderful memory forever. The scientific journal "FOCUS" has included the town of the Beach House among the ten places where you can admire the most beautiful sunsets in the world. You can admire the lake's abundant wildlife.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

The apartment il Villino is a portion of a historic Art Nouveau Villa initially a Tobacco Dryer of the Princes of the Dragon then purchased by the Lolli Family as a summer residence. Lang’s Lakehouse is in a unique location, being one of a handful of properties on the banks of Lake Trasimeno, Italy’s fourth largest lake. The property sleeps five upstairs. Directly in front of the property is a large grassed terrace, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Visitors can swim, paddleboard or fish from the front of the property and even cook pizzas in their own pizza oven.
