Elisabetta and the whole family are wonderful people, we were welcomed as friends and not as mere guests, the place is nothing short of wonderful, an oasis of tranquility immersed in the Umbrian countryside, where you can also appreciate the typical products of the family's pork butcher shop,.... Candlelit dinner in the garden of the chalet, an experience that I really recommend trying......Will we come back?????...We can't wait......Thank you Elisabetta

We have not been here for the second time for nothing😊… We never actually do that, but this is really a beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting that we were not tired of yet. The cottage looks just as beautiful as in the pictures and the view from the terrace (and from the jacuzzi) is beautiful! We find it a great advantage that you can sit mosquito-free in the evening because you can close the transparent screens around the veranda. We had a lovely stay here again. Nearby, everything can be seen and done. For example, a visit to the caves of Frassasi is more than worth it! Very impressive! Tip: Also, don't forget to visit ice cream parlor Miss Pistacchio in Ceretto d'Esi😋… They are open all week except Mondays from 7:30 a.m. to midnight. The ice cream is available from 11:30 a.m. and is made there. Many delicious flavors, but our favorite flavor is really 'miss pistacchio' with the baked pistachio nut.

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

The self-checkin worked very well. Soon after we also met the friendly hosts also personally, which was a good opportunity to ask some smaller things and get some hints for the region. Overall, we like the calm surrounding, great landscape, the fauna around (waking up with birds singing), the proximity to intersting places and the Chuisi train station for trips to Firenze and Roma, the pool (not chlorine, but salt, very pleasant) and many other things. We recommend this place for a relaxing time and base for excursions (not so much for partying, becasue it would be a pity to disturb the quite surroundings.

Veronica and Marco’s cabin is beautifully decorated in a private forest. It has great views of the Sibillini mountains and is a short drive to the town of Sarnano. Veronica was highly responsive, easy to communicate with, and even gave us a bottle of Prosecco upon check-in. Great stay!

Ornella super host, always kind and caring, ready to meet all needs. We went to this apartment (perfect for 4 as two even separate couples who want their separate spaces) and although the renovation was not 100%, the house was extremely cozy.

Beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of the valley. Quiet and comfortable even during business days, beautiful large garden and easily usable with magnificent plants! Contacts with the owners have always been very quick and courteous, ready to meet any questions or needs. Great vacation!

Enviable location, great hospitality, service and comfort, I recommend focusing a little more on local products and preparations regarding breakfast (excluded from the price of the location).

We had a lovely time at Daniele’s place. The bungalow is small but nice and the pool area was highly appreciated by the kids. Daniele and his wife are both really nice and helped with good recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. All in all a very nice experience.

Spectacular place! If you are looking for a location surrounded by nature, with ideal spaces for 10 people, this place is ideal! We spent 4 days in a company of friends, between walks and a few drinks in chill and we had a great time. Enrico and Giuseppina were super helpful and ready to advise us

It was a really beautiful day. The location is lovely and the wine is also very delicious. The restaurant is also recommended and the service by the pool is top notch and you feel right at home.

The apartment is nice and comfortable, especially the bathroom and kitchen are new and very clean. The residence is quiet and nice. I really appreciated the large communal lawn furnished with tables and benches from which you can enjoy a beautiful view.

Simonetta was an impeccable Host, since the first requests for clarification for the reservation. She was also very kind and helpful in welcoming us to her place, full of suggestions and directions to the restaurants in the area and the places to visit. Our stay was very pleasant, the apartment responded perfectly to what was shown in the listing, so we had a great time. A great base to visit the Marche, both towards the coast and inland.
