Demeter's House. A paradise among the olive trees

A Comfortable Ground Floor consisting of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry. The entrance is independent, overlooking the porch and garden of the house's exclusive stones. The accessible olive grove next door is shared with me. The house is in the countryside in a quiet place in Montecchio, a small town a few km from Umbrian towns such as Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Todi. 20 km from the A1 motorway to easily reach Rome and Florence.

Casale Monticchio - The Pigsties, up to 3 people

We created this 90sqm apartment from the old pigsties. Why they gave the pigs three beautiful south facing arched windows we still don’t know! The open-plan layout was designed to take into consideration wheel chair access as this is the only apartment on one level. The feeling is quite contemporary with one stone wall and the others being painted white. It is the most secluded of our apartments as it faces south onto the open fields toward Mercatello, where there is a nice bar run by Paola.

The accommodation is part of a small villa but is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (THERE IS NO DOUBLE VERSION, the space is more suitable for single travelers or groups of friends who do not need a particular level of privacy) from a bathroom with toilet and shower. THERE IS NO KITCHENETTE. It has private parking. It is equipped with heating, linen, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a hairdryer. Accommodation tax is payable on site.

At 5 minutes from 'E 45, 10' walking from the city center; not far from a large park, the railway station and the bus station. Just in front of the house a large free parking is avalaible, a toll parking is only 5 minutes away. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
