Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

La casa di Federica ha un’atmosfera unica, immersa nel verde e vicina a Perugia, offre il perfetto compromesso tra tranquillità e comodità per raggiungere diverse località dell’Umbria. E’ accogliente, pulitissima e spaziosa. Federica è stata veramente gentile, sempre disponibile ad aiutarci con consigli sui posti da vedere e dove mangiare, o quando avevamo alcune richieste. Siamo stati veramente bene e considerando quanto l’Umbria ha da offrire, sicuramente torneremo. Assolutamente consigliato.

숙소는 귀엽고 매우 깔끔했습니다✨ 인터넷과 전화 사용이 안된다는 게 불편했지만 전체적으로 만족스러운 숙박을 했어요! 추천 합니다 :)

Was lovely to stay at one of the apartments on Renato's estate. Renato and his wife are very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The estate is very secluded on hilltop 5km drive from the village, with beautiful grounds providing enough privacy for individual apartments as well as a restful setting. Would love to go back next time we're in the area.

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

Esperienza impeccabile, appartamento molto bello, pulito e curato. Bellissima la terrazza con vasca idromassaggio dalla quale godere di uno splendido tramonto. Emanuele poi si è dimostrato super reattivo, gentile e disponibile (per dirme una: ci ha anche aiutati a trasportare la spesa dal parcheggio fino all'appartamento, è stato come incontrare un amico di sempre). Consigliatissimo, speriamo si rivederci presto in futuro

Très bel espace composé de plusieurs chambres, une grande cuisine et un salon - salle à manger séparés. Espace mi-enterré, particulièrement adapté pour les mois chauds. Place de stationnement privée devant le logement. Appartement mieux équipé (équipement de cuisine et vaisselle) que tout ce que nous avons vu auparavant et même que ce que nous avons chez nous ! Très bonne literie. En saison froide, chauffage des chambres (et indirectement de la cuisine) avec la ventilation / climatisation, et du salon avec un four à pellets automatique). Rien à dire de négatif.

L'appartamento di Angela è al piano terra di un bel palazzo con parco di ulivi appena fuori dalle mura di Assisi. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la posizione, che consente di raggiungere il centro storico di Assisi a piedi, e la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nel parco della villa.

È stato un soggiorno breve, di 2 notti, però la casa è pulita e confortevole con tutto ciò che può servire, dalle attrezzature della cucina alla lavatrice per un veloce lavaggio. Facile e veloce arrivare nel centro della città, ottima posizione. Quindi grazie

Abbiamo soggiornato da Sonia e Roberto per due giorni in occasione di Capodanno 2025. Prima del nostro arrivo, hanno avuto la gentilezza di assicurarsi che non avessimo allergie alimentari per prepararci un kit di benvenuto e ci hanno lasciato i loro numeri di telefono per ogni evenienza. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel trovare l’alloggio e sono stati così gentili da farsi trovare in strada. Inoltre, sono sempre stati reattivi, flessibili e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie su mezzi di trasporto e taxi. Roberto è stato così gentile da accompagnarci personalmente in stazione alla nostra partenza. La cosa è molto ordinata e pulita, ma un po’ lontana dal centro se si vuole girare a piedi (35 minuti). È ben servita dai mezzi, disponibili fino alle 20:30 circa.

We had a great time at Giulana’s place. Perfect location in the very center of the city. Very comfortable place, very well equipped, lot of space for everyone. The host is very collaborative for any need. Everything in the house worked well: heating, hot water, chicken, bathroom. Very recommended! The only issue is the parking if you have a car. Since the apartment is in the center of the old city you have to walk down for the parking and in the morning the center is closed for non residents cars.

Bellissimo appartamento, bellissima posizione, unica nota negativa la poca illuminazione naturale all'interno dell'alloggio ma ripagata dalla bellezza di quest'ultimo

We had a wonderful stay at Rubens and Luisa’s beautiful apartment in Perugia. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect—close to the heart of Perugia, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Rubens and Luisa were extremely helpful throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Perugia.

Non posso fare altro che mettere 5 stelle su tutto. Posizione ottima, appartamento tranquillo con tutto l'essenziale, vicinissimo al centro storico e Marco veramente gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio a tutti per chi vorrebbe soggiornare qualche giorno a Perugia. Grazie

Claudia molto gentile, educata e reattiva. Casa comoda, con molti comfort, pulita e in una zona tranquilla. il parcheggio privato é estremamente comodo, casa attrezzata per tutte le esigenze necessarie. Cucina completa, comoda e attrezzata per ogni evenienza. Nei dintorni supermercati, bar e locali, che permettono all’ alloggio di essere molto comodo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Appartamento molto spazioso e ben curato nei dettagli. Ci siamo sentite a casa. Gli host avevano lasciato anche alcune cose per la colazione (tra cui latte, marmellatine, crostatine ecc..) e per la pulizia. Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a far spesa perché c’era già lo stretto necessario (come il caffè per la mattina, il sapone per le mani ecc..). Nel bagno erano riposti anche kit per igiene personale molto apprezzati. Fabio e Monica sono stati molto disponibili, reattivi nelle risposte e cordiali. Una esperienza molto positiva!

We chose Il Sole del Sodo because it had 6 en-suite rooms, a pool, was close to a town and a train station and had a well- regarded host who could provide extras like breakfast, dinners, cooking classes and olive oil tastings e.g. Claudia! While rustic, the villa’s charm and peaceful spaces draw you right in and Claudia’s hospitality is unsurpassed. The villa fronts to the road to Cortona and backs to a field of sunflowers. Our family and friends dined on the private patio and found a back way to walk up to Cortona for exercise. A unique and wonderful experience!

Great host and fabulous location. Apartment was immaculate and had plenty of necessities. Would highly recommend.

What can I say.. Matteo was amazing. He went above and beyond nothing was a bother to him. He offered his services to collect us when we arrived by train, took us to the supermarket and even gave us a short tour around the area n village. On our departure Matteo again picked us up and took us to the train station and took all the worry of us working out how to get there. We were there for a wedding and stayed 7 days. Defiantly need a car to get around but if you dont and want to just chill you can definitely do that as well. It's a beutiful little village. The cafe and restaurants were so friendly you felt welcomed. If didnt live so far away would be back again . Defiantly recommend 👌

Esperienza bellissima!!!! L’host stato davvero molto ospitale, gentile e disponibile. Anche la cortesia dei genitori di Silvio davvero delle persone squisite. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal nostro arrivo. La casa era super bella, oltre le nostre aspettative forse le foto non rendono ma è sicuramente molto più bella dal vivo. Soggiorno rilassante, la piscina l’abbiamo sfruttata sempre e loro venivano presto la mattina a pulirla senza mai dare fastidio. Abbiamo anche fatto una partitella a calcetto con dei ragazzi del posto…molto bravi! e Leo ha portato pure i gelati 😊 Abbiamo avuto anche dei doni da parte loro…una cesta di pomodori del loro orto. Consigliatissimo

Fantastica la villa ristrutturata con molto gusto e inaspettata la sorpresa della piscina che é stata gentilmente aperta per il caldo eccezionale di aprile. Ottima la struttura per passare del tempo con gli amici o con la famiglia... Allargata visto che ospita fino a 19 persone nei tre appartamenti. Grazie di tutto
