Family-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Perugia

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

Fantastic place and fantastic hosts. We spent a month here with our baby and it could not have been better. Pietro and Christina are friendly, helpful and warm. Strongly recommend to those who are looking for a peaceful and charming place in the middle of Umbria

Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

Very nice stay for a few days relaxing in summer. Beautiful olive gardens around the house, nice collection of wine. Everything clear, super big house, will come back next year!

A gorgeous villa surrounded by nature just outside the heart of Perugia. We stayed here for 6 nights, and Giuseppe made us feel right at home. He is super friendly, kind, helpful and had lots of local tips on where to eat, stay and what to do. Giuseppe’s villa is very beautiful decorated, and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine every evening. Warmly recommend this place!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! we had a tremendous stay. the bed was very comfortable, very good shower, spacious living room, lots of eqioment for a stay and we made very good use of the garden furniture - a perfect private garden setting It's in a prime location, near the bus station and escalators for yhe historic centre. Good local restaurants and supermarkets. Andrea was very helpful. Definitely recommended - an Airbnb we'll return to!

This place was truly incredible. The location, the beauty, the pool I enjoyed every moment. I even cried a couple of times from pure happiness. Huge thanks to the hosts for their care and warm hospitality. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and filled with a sense of calm. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise.

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautifully equipped with everything we needed — from the kitchen to the bedrooms, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The garden was absolutely lovely, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a meal outdoors. The pool was a real highlight — clean, spacious, and a great way to cool off during the day. For anyone wanting to experience the Tuscan hospitality, beauty and Italian charm this is the perfect location for you! Families, groups, single travelers all welcome and provided appropriate accommodations . The views are picturesque and the owner and staff are truly dedicated to sharing Tuscany with you! The farm/winery tour followed by the wine luncheon is a must do! The entire staff is truly cares about your experience and happily wants to pass on their knowledge to you. Having the beautiful pool and patio was a perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon. We are hoping to return this year for another Tuscan respite! Thank you to Chiara for sharing family home!

The house is gorgeous, extremely comfortable and welcoming but not fussy or cluttered. Spotless, with high quality linens and tasteful furniture/decor. The kitchen is better than the pictures show, and we cooked quite a bit during our stay. The bedrooms were perfect for us, my sister had the upstairs suite and I had the queen bedroom next to my two daughters in two twin beds. The grounds are stunning. We were too early in the season to use the pool, but the hillside, valley, and olive trees were straight out of a storybook. We were all sad to leave!

We had a lovely stay at Alessandro's property and felt welcome from the very beginning. The BnB has stunning views around the whole property and I can absolutely recommend to book this apartment. It is well equipped with everything you need.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. 1600’s construction, modern kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and sitting areas, with a pool and view that you will never want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay. Even better than this home is its owner. Reilly was helpful throughout all of our planning. Even finding a last minute driver for my late arriving daughter. His activity and restaurant suggestions were spot on and he was a generous with his time. We hope to return often.

Nothing but positive things to say about our beautiful stay at Susan and Salvatore’s slice of heaven. The most stunning panoramic views of the lake and countryside. Something straight out of Pinterest or a magazine :) They were always super responsive and more than happy to help with local recommendations. It’s a great base to explore Umbria and Tuscany by car as it’s basically on the border to both. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a beautiful stay :)

The stay in La Cantina has been a lovely experience from beginning to end. Chrissy and David are the most open and helpful hosts. They took the time to welcome us in person and answered all our questions and proactively gave us tips for our stay and trips. The whole areal of Casa San Gabriel is wonderful. The house, the terrace, the garden and pool are well taken care of and it felt like a little paradise. So we were happy to spend some of our days only relaxing there. But it‘s a great starting point for trips in the regions as well. I recommend to visit the Vinery del Carmine, where David is the manager. The wine tasting experience including food was a real treat. Thank you for the great stay. We hope to come back soon!
