A perfect stay in this gorgeous, very comfortable apartment. Well located, an easy walk into NU. Sven has been a very helpful host who ensured we were met by his Property Manager who ensured we had everything we needed. Excellent communication. We will happily stay again.

The perfect accommodation for our family including 3 children aged 12, 4 and 4 months. The apartment was really well equipped with everything we needed and a BBQ downstairs which we could use. The pool was spotless and we had our own designated space to use and we were lucky to have an apartment with a view over the hills where we could sit and watch the sunset. Our hosts were so helpful, always responsive with tips on restaurants or local information. On our 2nd night, our hosts made a gorgeous meal for all guests to enjoy together which we loved and all the children were able to play together, it was a great night including fireworks and karaoke. There were several supermarket and restaurant options within a short drive.

Laura's place is a gem! It's a freestanding 2 room cabin on a hill overlooking Orvieto on the horizon. I loved sitting on the small porch and watch the sun stetting down over the medievial city in the distance. Inside is everything you need, in elegant, modern design. Leonardo, our host was very welcoming and helpful. We had a great vacation and can recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a quite retreat in the Italian countryside.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the countryside for peace and quiet to stay with Marco and Karen

This was an absolutely amazing stay. It far exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Firstly we were greeted by Lorenzo, who I must say was the most incredible member of hospitality staff I’ve ever encountered. He was so fantastically welcoming, friendly, and helpful right from the start, and he really made our stay special. All of the other staff were also amazing, and the setting was magical. The room was beautifully decorated and prepared, and had clearly been recently renovated. The restaurant for dinner was not only beautiful, but the food was some of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying. I have only wonderful things to say about this place, and I very much look forward to coming back! Thank you so very much to everyone who made it so special.

Unique and beautiful setting. Simple but clean and comfortable bed. Great to have access to the kitchen and breakfast was a lovely surprise. The building and the gardens are the show stoppers. An absolute must if you are in this area.

The host was a super friendly gentleman. The house was way on top of the hill totally private and surrounded only by nature. Stargazing, listening to the sounds of animals around you. A hidden gem! For everybody who wants to enjoy nature. This is a stop you must make.
