Perfectly located apartment in old town - with a gorgeous terrace to enjoy some peace outdoors. Simone was most helpful and kind with his instructions and brought me coffee for the moka when I asked was there any coffee. Excellent restaurants and bars nearby. It was a wonderful weekend medieval festival in Cortona - so memorable. Grazie

Stefano is a great host. He is very warm and friendly, his suggestions helped us a lot. House is in quiet place, but nearby all interesting cities. All recommendations!

the place is lovely surrounded by woods with a breathtaking view. ideal to go with dogs and children. strategic location to visit the enchanting villages of Umbria. the house is lovely, we were there in winter and the floor heating was very pleasant. the bedroom is very spacious and the house is modern. I hope to return in the spring. Uma with her mother Lucia and her partner Luca are delightful and empathetic people. We immediately felt at home and they are available for any request. Thanks for everything ❤️

Renata is amazing. We felt very welcome and our little son was even spoiled with a nice farewell gift. Lovely breakfast available and Renata fry a very good egg of eggs! She is happy to help with excursions and advice for the area. She also took us on farm visits to entertain our son. All in all, a really lovely stay where we could have easily spent several days.

Our stay at Giulio & Emanuela’s place was truly magical. Giulio was very proactive and responsive with giving us directions and instructions on how to get there. They were always there for us if needed and extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Could not rave about this gem more. The place and the surrounding neighborhood are something special, and I hope to be back again someday!

We loved our time here. Karin was an excellent host, organising a wonderful vineyard tour and being flexible with our check-in/check-out times. The property itself is beautiful and met all of our needs. Karin even helped us hunt our pizza delivery which failed to get to us, so went above and beyond during our stay. We'd love to come back again, and would recommend to anyone thinking of staying. Thank you!!

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

We spent two weeks in paradise, both in terms of accommodation and surroundings. The view, the apartment and the possibilities to hike and jump into the rivers were fantastic and there is no shortage of cities and churches all around if you feel like ice cream, strolling or culture. Simon was easily accessible for questions and always super friendly and helpful.

A fairytale location- so beautiful! We attended a wedding close by and could not have picked a more stunning spot to use as our base with our two young adult children. Gorgeous pool surrounded by lush trees and gardens overlooking the rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside. Outdoor tables to chill and dine al fresco. The apartment was cool inside and very spacious. 3 x large bedrooms all with lovely views and comfortable Queen beds. Large kitchen/dining area and separate lounge. Good showers. No washing machine and lacking sharp knives and some kitchen utensils such as platters and large plates, but nothing could detract from how idyllic the place is. Absolutely amazing - we highly recommend it! 💙🩵

Being hosted in Nino's house was a great experience. We found everything you need to stay and the comforts you could look for while on vacation. The house was very clean and cared for in many details and also showed attention by also providing accessories dedicated to 4-legged friends. The kitchen is very well equipped. The directions were accurate and very useful were the suggestions provided by Nino. The photos exactly reflect the place we stayed and the outdoor spaces are very relaxing and absolutely to enjoy. We look forward to returning to the first opportunity

Jeremy’s place was lovely, very peaceful location and great to have use of both the garden at the back and the terrace at the front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. The whole place remained cool even though it was hot outside. The only downside for us was that you have to exit the house via the stairs at the front to get to the back garden, just a minor point but a bit of a challenge with young kids. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Jeremy was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

A wonderful place to relax, quiet and peaceful, yet a great base for exploring the surrounding towns. The place was very clean, with all that amenities that you can need like washing machin and dishwasher and the private pool was a blessing on hot days. There is a beautiful view that can be admired from the terrace or the garden, which smelled of herbs and lavender. Elisa was a fantastic host, taking care of everything. I am very pleased that we could be the first guests :)

Looooooved this place so much ! Graze Filippo. We so much enjoyed our short stay, the chat with your wonderful father and of course with you. Very clean, inside and outside. We watched the moon at night with the telescope they provide, and cooked ourself dinner. You find a lot of opportunities, table tennis, playing darts etc. Nice place also to come with younger kids who can play in the pool. We just enjoyed laying around the pool after a long day out in the area. Very quiet and relaxing time. Absolutely worth to visit if you prefer a quiet spot in the middle of the nature. I felt like I knew Filippo for longer, he is easy to connect with. Enjoy your stay ! ;-)

Beautiful experience, the house is very welcoming, well finished, very equipped, especially the kitchen is professional. The building is located in a delightful area between Umbria and Tuscany from which you can make several trips. Recommended for groups with families, the windows of the house frame a beautiful view of the hills in front in particular of Città della Pieve. The guys from the agency that manages the property are really very kind and always available. Very nice experience to repeat! super recommended!!

Amazing and peaceful stay in the heart of Umbria!

We were looking for a place to relax and feel at home and so it was. Rooms and clean, large and cozy common spaces. Andrea is a person you feel like you've always known, friendly and helpful. That his passion is music, there are no doubts and he manages to drag guests into his world between musical instruments and amazing records left available to everyone. A place I recommend!

Maria’s place was such a treat for a long weekend. There are many things to do outdoors and for us it was perfect to relax with the sound of nature 24/7. There are many kids activities in the house (toys, games, puzzles$ and the nature surrounding the house is fun to explore! Mini playground is also great just across the street. We enjoyed her hospitality and kindness. Maria was always responsive, helpful, and gave great restaurant and activities recommendations.

Fabio is a very kind and professional host. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the apartment is very nice, with spacious rooms. We'll be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. we had an amazing time in piagaro,and Thomas gave so mutch information about the Village and a guide around when we arrived. that was really good. he was also a really interesting and reflected man. We had some really good conversations and I would love to come back to his place. I used the cafe every morning for the morning coffee just to take in the atmosphere in the village with the most lovely staff there . LOVELY 😃. truly a special stay for us. we wish them the very best 🥰 Morten with family
