We enjoyed our stay at this special place very much.

I spent a week with friends at Patrizia's property. The property is nestled in the hills and greenery, in a comfortable enough position to visit nearby Umbria and the magnificent Aretini/Sienese villages. The stay was magnificent: the peace, tranquility and beauty of the setting made this experience unique. Ideal place for those looking for relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We had a fabulous stay in this villa over Christmas. The beds/bedding was comfy and the home was lovely and warm. There was a cot for our toddler and the place was relatively child friendly. Kitchen was very usable. Floriana’s wine was available to purchase (which we did) and she also left us one as a treat. We booked the cook to come make dinner one night and it was fantastic. The property is idyllic and it was nice to walk around and enjoy the views. Highly recommend staying here.

Truly incredible home and experience.

The "il Cottage" accommodation is a lovely two bedroom apartment that is right next to the fortress (which makes it even more evocative). Francesca and Aliek welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, making us feel like we are in our home. Their whole family was very nice and helpful, including dogs, cats, and donkeys who were an unexpected and very enjoyable company for us. The fortress is located in a very quiet area but at the same time close to the main tourist attractions of Umbria easily reachable by car, at most in a couple of hours. Absolutely recommended for both couples and families, or simply for people who love tranquility and beauty .

The stay with Fausto and his wife (Anna's parents) was really great: a clean cottage in a great beautiful area. The kindness and helpfulness of the hosts was heartwarming. For example, we got a bunch of herbs from their own garden, they came to bring medicine when one of us was sick and they were always ready to answer our questions. After another place we booked canceled a few days before departure, Anna's place was still available and she was quick to respond. We couldn't have found a better place to stay than this one and will definitely go back.

This place was everything we wanted and more. SO private (we were aline and no other guests in the big Vila next door). the view is just stunning- waking up to it every day, seeing it from the bedroom and drinking our coffee in this view was magical. arriving there is easy but the oast 5 min drive are in a bit more rocky road- fine for higher cars we arrived when it was fully dark and it was still.fine the pool is amazing we had everything we needed here and likes how it is surrounded by green and really isolated. the communication was easy thank you so.much! I wish we will come back!

We recently spent two weeks in this delightful house. The location is perfect for exploring the area around the lake and further afield due to good road links. It has all the feel of an isolated house while being close to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean when we arrived and although basic has all the things you really need. Andrea the host was absolutely delightful and welcoming. He was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and loved it. Very peaceful, easy access to other towns, and the area is breathtakingly beautiful. We loved taking the walking trail along the river! The health center was absolutely amazing after a long day of sightseeing. My only frustration is that the airbnb host is actually a management company that manages from a distance. When you arrive you are to contact the owner via text who is also not there. Then when you arrive there is Rita (owners mother) and Pamela (Rita’s helper); who are wonderful. There are a lot of people involved and you don’t really know who to talk to if a problem arises; communication gets tricky.

Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

Truly an amazing spot for a family vacation. An easy drive from FCO, the area is totally stunning. Gabriele was the most fantastic host, treating us like old friends. His recommendations, assistance in making reservations, and just general approach made this an enjoyable and hassle free experience. He even chopped wood for us for the evening. The house is secluded, with great nature walks starting from the property. Everything in the house was in fantastic shape, with everything we needed to enjoy it stay. A great small kitchen for cooking meals, nice bathrooms, comfy bedrooms and living room. It was exactly what we were looking for in our family getaway. I strongly recommend Gabrielle’s house for a fabulous Italian family trip.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — actually even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We even managed to enjoy a nice barbecue! I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s absolutely magical. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was perfect: not intrusive or anxious at all (which has happened to me before elsewhere). We have visited Alessandro’s place as a group of 6 adults and 3 kids!! Place was very spacious and had a great outdoors seating space as well as ‘games’ room with ping pong table. Pool was great size good for swimming and entertainment. Villa surrounded by great views and it’s up in the heals so therefore much cooler which was amazing during the extreme heat in Italy. Alessandro thank you sooo much for fantastic time!! We will be back ❤️

The house is very nice, very secluded (1km private gravel path to the house) and quiet and completely surrounded by nature. The pool is huge and very well equipped with shower and toilet right by the pool. Each room still has its own large bathroom and there are even 2 kitchens. The terrace and in general the whole outdoor area is very nice and with enough trees you also have beautiful natural shade. All in all we were very satisfied, communication with Milagros was also very easy and fast. The accommodation is definitely recommended!

amazing place! we absolutely loved the private pool and the gated space. we went with a baby and a dog and was paradise for my dog!

Staying at Casa Lorenzo was a dream. We were there with 10 friends and there was plenty of room and the facilities were great. The views over the valley are beautiful. While you are close to some stunning historic towns like Pinacale and have super markets close by, however, you still feel very isolated at the casa itself. It’s the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. Juliet and Laurence were also super lovely. They were very attentive to anything we needed and made sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back.

Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!
