Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Perugia

We only stayed one night so I don't have a long experience. There was no problem, the host was super helpful and responsive and the beautiful house immersed in the countryside.

The place more than met expectations. Very comfortable, everything works well and it has everything you need. The place is beautiful! With spectacular scenery all around. It's a medieval castle on top of a mountain. In our case, the difficulty we encountered is that our idea was to move around to visit surrounding cities, from Rome to Florence, and the accommodation is not easily accessible.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

We were greeted super warmly by Lorenzo's Mama Alba. The apartment even exceeded their pictures. Really very very nice and so comfortable. Has everything you need. Wonderful location and sensational atmosphere. Lorenzo's numerous tips were all gold value and we were able to enjoy Tuscan cuisine every day. The small town of Anghiari is fantastic, a really beautiful place in the middle of Tuscany. Everything worked out great, from the communication with Lorenzo to the " daily care" by Alba. Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Maria was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond by providing local recommendations and help with taxi pickup/dropoff. The listing was lovely - would recommend!

We arrived in the dark but Michele's information was very clear. The house is perfectly matching the description. Very clean! It is surrounded by greenery and offers every comfort you need to stay. Michele is a super host. Welcoming, always available and ready to give information in a timely and competent way. Our family reunion at this incredible home was absolutely perfect! The house itself is stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The location couldn’t be better: it’s peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous views, yet just a short drive to Castiglion Fiorentino. From there, you can easily catch a train to Florence or Rome, which made day trips super convenient. The host was truly amazing — so kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the very start. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to reconnect as a family. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

It’s a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay there. We were really happy about the steaming sauna and dry sauna, it was like a wellness week. The kitchen is well equipped and the place has enough space for 4-6 people! Thank you so much for everything!

We had a pleasant family stay despite the rain. Simone booked us the indoor tennis court, the restaurant, and even arranged for our car to be repaired in record time. The house is splendid, breathtaking view, the amenities are very comfortable.

Andrea is a great host. The stay was amaizing and the support received from Andrea during stay was priceless. The place is wonderfull with great view and outstanding privacy. I will recommend Andrea as a host and his place as great choice for holidays.

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

Absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views. Wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. Minutes from town to have morning cappuccino’s. Must visit the Pomaio winery which is a 10 min drive. Leonardo and Marta were so welcoming and taught us so much about their winery.

The days spent in Nicolina's chalet were wonderful. A beautiful way to reconnect as a couple. Quiet, clean and extremely romantic. Cozy and full of details designed specifically to allow guests to be at home with everything they need. Nicolina is not only a host but loves to welcome people into her home, with her oil and her excellent tart. Thanks Nicolina, closing the door and leaving the keys was a shame for us but we'll be back soon! ❣️❣️ Alessandra and Simone

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

We spent four weeks in Matteo‘s cosy hide-away and didn’t want to leave. It‘s a chalet with a warm personal touch, spacious, very well equipped, incredibly quiet and with a stunning view of the Marche hills. There are lots of hiking paths starting right in the tiny village (make sure you get on top of Monte Valmontagnana one day!) and yet charming Fabriano with lots of restaurants and shops is only about ten minutes with a car downhill. It’s a good starting place to explore attractions like Ancona, Jesi or Assisi. Matteo was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful indeed. We‘ll come back.
