Monthly Rentals in Province of Perugia

We felt very comfortable at the place - a great location for exploring Perugia and close to the train and bus station as well as to the escalators. In the morning sun we were able to enjoy our coffee in the garden. Highly recommend!

I have been a relatively frequent Airbnb customer since 2016 (especially often in Italy, in apartments and villas) and can keep it relatively short here compared to other accommodations: The stay was perfect from the booking process on. The initial exchange with my journalist colleague Will, who lives in Australia, was always quick and friendly, the contact with his local representatives Angelo and Sara was also pleasant and very efficient. The apartment corresponds exactly to the description, and I can underline every praise in previous reviews. The basic equipment is generous, from coffee powder to washing machine tabs. The folder with Will's detailed tips should also be very helpful for Perugia newcomers. The view from the bedroom and living room to the old town is spectacular and was one of the reasons why I preferred Will's apartment to an Airbnb accommodation in the same area of Perugia where I stayed the previous year.

Such a beautiful quiet apartment in the perfect spot of town as well. The host has thought of everything so the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, nothing was lacking. One of our favorite Airbnb experiences! We hope to return. Grazie mille!!!
