Beachfront vacation rentals in Province of Grosseto

A lovely simple apartment a few steps from a beautiful beach. We didn’t have a car and it was perfect for us here as we could walk to the beaches and into the Port town in the evenings. The apartment is part of a complex which is a little run down but the apartment itself is at the back and very peaceful with a lovely garden full of jasmine. The check in was super simple and the host very helpful throughout our trip. We would love to go back here. Giglio is pure paradise!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione riportata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: l'appartamento e' decisamente spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort. L'arredamento e' molto moderno. La pulizia impeccabile. La posizione e' strategica: in meno di un minuto a piedi ci si ritrova nella via principale del centro di Castiglione con numerosi negozi e ristoranti (un consiglio: prenotare sempre per tempo perché si rischia di rimanere senza cena! Noi siamo stati a Castiglione nella settimana di ferragosto e senza prenotare si faceva fatica a trovare posto anche in tarda serata). In pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sul lungomare dove ci sono numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari ma anche numerose spiagge libere. Davanti all'appartamento il supermercato e' comodissimo! Niccolò e Daniela si sono dimostrati sempre gentili e super disponibili: ringraziamo in particolar modo Daniela per tutte le dritte che ci ha dato!!!! Sconsigliato!

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

Familienurlaub (4 Pers.) Ende August 2024: Wunderbare Lage, sehr ruhig und privat.Aussergewöhnlich ist das große Grundstück, wo man zu jeder Tageszeit ein schönes, schattiges Plätzchen zum Ausruhen und genießen findet! Die Bucht unterhalb des Hauses ist sehr beliebt, man kann aber problemlos morgens und abends dorthin gehen, wenn man dem Trubel entgehen möchte. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist teilweise schon etwas älter aber funktionell in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit Isabella funktionierte einwandfrei, um kleinere Probleme kümmerte sie sich umgehend. Die Anfahrt ist über eine recht schmale, gewundene Zufahrtsstraße- kein Problem bei vorsichtiger Fahrweise, allerdings dauert es natürlich etwas, bis man im nächsten Ort (Einkaufen, Essen gehen) ankommt. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für eine Familie mit 3-4 Kindern, für 2 Familien ist die Aufteilung der Betten/ Zimmer eher ungünstig. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Privatsphäre und Natur lieben! Danke Isabella! Es war wunderschön.

La posizione della casa è perfetta, vicino a tutti i servizi, al centro e alla spiaggia. La casa si commenta da sola guardando le foto. Anzi, abbiamo trovato un appartamento con una quantità di strumenti, spazi, arredamento che dubito sia rintracciabile altrove. Lati negativi: Nessuno.

Check-in hat hervorragend geklappt. Gastgeberpaar sehr nett und unkomliziert. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Lage fantastisch. Nach vorne das Meer und hinter dem Haus ein Pinienwald, Spielplatz. Bäckerei, Gemüsehändler, Cafe und Einkaufszentrum in Gehdistanz (5 Minuten zu Fuss). Ich empfehle dieses Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiter.

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

La casa di Alessio è semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Le due camere da letto sono in un fabbricato separato dalla zona giorno così la mattina, per me che mi alzo sempre presto, è stato fantastico godermi il caffè nella veranda e affacciato sullo scorcio di mare che si apre dal giardino senza la preoccupazione di svegliare i miei adorati amici. E' tutto molto curato e intimo, e sia Alessio che la splendida Monica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

La Casa Di Tatiana, avec sa vue imprenable sur la mer, a été le cadre parfait pour notre voyage de noces. Chaque instant passé là-bas restera gravé dans nos mémoires comme une parenthèse enchantée. Votre gentillesse et vos conseils sur Rome ont également contribué à rendre notre voyage encore plus mémorable. Grâce à vous, notre séjour dans la ville éternelle a été parfaitement orchestré, nous permettant de découvrir ses trésors cachés et son charme incomparable. Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

appartamento davvero bello con accesso direttamente sulla spiaggia, non facile da spostarsi durante la sera se si vuole visitare qualche porto però ne vale la pena per lo splendido mare

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Der Pool war gut nutzbar, wir waren oft alleine und ungestört. Der Strand war in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Viele Restaurants die wir mit dem Auto schnell erreichen konnten. Lediglich die Zufahrt zum Hause ist etwas holprig, mit einem Roadstar nicht befahrbar. Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit.

Massimo's place was perfect for us - a week in paradise! It's a small, corner unit in a gated, residential community - a vertical world of stairs and ramps with homes, pool, garden, parking lot and sea access all on different levels. The unit's private outdoor space has large table, BBQ grill and shady seating area. The space inside the unit is quite small but fine for 2/3 people. Since it's a corner unit, there are only a few windows and no sea view - which was fine for us. Loved having a dark, cool refuge on a hot summer day! It's about 1500 steps to get from the unit down to the seaside. The way down is a mix of paved road (not too steep) and steps. The reward is the chance to swim in pristine, blue water with no crowds! Great for snorkeling! Two special features: the beach locker where you can store your beach gear and the outdoor shower in the yard. If you need to stay connected to the world, note that inside the unit it's basically a dead zone (no wifi or cellular network).

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

La casa perfetta! Perché? Bellezza della natura e del panorama, posizione strategica, privacy, servizi esterni ed interni, pulizia, dotazioni della cucina (incluso barbecue), disponibilità, gentilezza di Annamaria e Marcello. Tutto superiore alle aspettative e migliore rispetto alle foto. La casa è cosi accogliente che potresti starci giorni senza uscirne. Noi siamo golfisti e abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al golf dell’Argentario. Abbiamo anche approfittato dei preziosi suggerimenti di Annamaria riguardo a spiagge, ristoranti e giro in barca con Paolo, amabile marinaio con cui abbiamo visto spiagge altrimenti irraggiungibili e fatto bagni indimenticabili in alto mare. Insomma 10 giorni meravigliosi, una vacanza di assoluto relax circondati dalla bellezza della natura. Non perdetevi questa opportunità.

Andre is a fantastic human being. Always helpful as we had some misfortunes during our trip to Italy really making an effort so that we can enjoy the most of our vacation. Tue house is beautiful, with a window that makes you feel at a boat, with amazing sea view. The location is very central - was perfect for us to stay with our baby and enjoy Porto Stefano’s restaurants, cafes and stores, all at walking distance. Would love to return!

Bella casetta, bello spazio, molto pulito, attaccato al mare, ottimi ristoranti vicini, bel lungomare dove fare passeggiate serali, gli host gentilissimi e reattivi nel rispondere ai messaggi

La host Marta è sempre stata super gentile e disponibile, già prima del check-in.L'alloggio è stato restaurato da poco con materiali moderni e di qualità.La posizione è fantastica:la spiaggia(anche quella libera)è vicinissima e comoda da raggiungere, e il centro dista pochi minuti a piedi percorrendo il lungo mare(Via Italia).Ristoranti ottimi nelle immediate vicinanze e Conad proprio di fronte. Le uniche due pecche a mio avviso riscontrate (ma ci tengo a precisare che non dipendono da Marta, ovviamente!) sono state:soprattutto il venerdì/sabato sera, il quartiere è un po' rumoroso per ragazzi chiassosi e motorini sgasanti, anche perché sfortunatamente esattamente di fronte all'alloggio c'è un porticato che fa rimbombare voci e rumori, ma per fortuna Marta ha dotato l'alloggio di serramenti che, se chiusi, permettono un ottimo isolamento acustico; lo stabile è un po' vecchiotto, sicuramente non all'altezza dell'appartamento. Complessivamente siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno!

L'appartamento è funzionale con gli spazi giusti per 4 persone. La cucina è perfettamente accessoriata. La posizione comodissima per il mare e il centro. Facile trovare parcheggio. Ho apprezzato la pulizia impeccabile e il check in con Jessica, solare, disponibile a dare consigli sulla zona. Super consigliato!

Excellent accueil, appartement superbe avec vue incroyable dont on ne lasse pas. Calme et pratique. Plage de sable immense à 15 mn à pied ou 5 mn en voiture. Localisation idéale pour des visites des environs (site archéologique, terme, etc…). Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location et l’accueil de l’hôte. Nous y reviendrons certainement. Michel

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung, die nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt ist. In die Altstadt sind es auch nur einige Minuten und ein Spielplatz ist auch in der Nähe. Jessica ist sehr zuvorkommend - wir konnten kurzfristig viel früher einchecken als angegeben.
