We were staying for a night and a 1 day , we were short in the house, so how little your utilities have to declare ! the house is very spacious and looks new to me! Near the biscuit party! We were welcomed by Mr. Ricardo ! our entrance and exit everything went well, without unforeseen.

The place is simply beautiful! Outside there are several trees, lots of green grass, flowers, plants, and always birds, which makes everything even more special. The jabutis are a cuteness apart and the pool is great for refreshing. Inside, the decor is super cool, full of artistic and original pieces. The vibe is rustic and at the same time quite cozy. It is a perfect place for those who want to disconnect from the noise of the city and enjoy the tranquility. It has cool restaurants nearby, and the host Gabriel is super friendly and helped me with all my doubts.

Amazing place, surrounded by nature, ample space for socializing, super friendly hosts. We really enjoyed the days we spent in the space, moments that will be marked in our memories.

The place is simply wonderful! If you want comfort, technology and a quiet environment, have no doubt about this space! My friends loved it and intend to visit eventually.

When I looked at the evaluations I was kind of insecure to rent , the people are very demanding but it is also difficult to please everyone , finally surprised, everything cozy tidy , all the kitchen utensils have in the house , the renovated bedrooms and bathrooms everything is ok . There's bedding , blanket , we're comfortable there . There's a nearby grocery store, but whoever needs a market can only get by car . For those looking for a place to rest and relax is the perfect place. Just a note check if everything is working when you get to the house and report it to the owner , because we left the owner said that they broke the valve of the toilet at the bottom where the aedicle is, when we arrived no longer worked, I didn't report it because no one slept in the building , so this problem was good for us, but in the end it was the fault of those who came out last . There was the matter of a rope there also near the pool . But outside this I recommend the stay very tasty place, waterfalls and a lot of sights.

The house is exactly as described in the listing, even more beautiful in person, it has a beautiful view. It has everything you need to make the most diverse meals. The pool is delicious, has a heater and is at a perfect temperature. Luiz was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was great! We were very happy days at Luiz's farm, I recommend the stay and would definitely come back.

The house is spectacular! Gabriela's service and promptness were also very good. Receiving milk of the day, fresh eggs and a handful of jabuticabas, as well as picking blackberries and lemon near the house makes us feel welcome. Everything at the house was clean and tidy! The internet supported 2 people in home office with video calls without the slightest problem. The Irarema farm is another unparalleled attraction and we were able to explore the location very well. The fact that you have breakfast included on weekends makes a good difference. Remember that the farm is active, that is, you will meet with animals passing through and people working (sometimes with sound of harvesters, etc.). The jequitibá in front of the house was extremely fragrant and the spring flowering which gave us a great start to the day. It is a little far from the center of wells of caldas (about 20min by car) and the dirt road is in very good condition. We hope to return to this home more often!!!

The place is amazing! The whole structure very good and well cared for, the homemakers Josi and Evandro are super engaged and dedicated to creating the best experience possible, as well as the owner (Claudio). From the reservation until the exit the contact was friendly, cordial, affectionate and accurate. The visual of the region is sensational, the deck and the redário along the river bring a sensational peace. All super-care rooms with impeccable linen and towels. Air conditioning, televisions, kitchen equipment - all in order. It is difficult to put our satisfaction here. We stayed there for 5 days, in a group of 19 people and it was one of the best experiences we had at AirBnb. I highly recommend the site, and I thank you for the care you have had with our group throughout the entire stay. See you soon!
