I live in this small, new apartment. I make it available for occupancy by two people, with only one double bed. On holidays and extended holidays, we have a restaurant and cafeteria (paid separately), an indoor heated pool, a spa with saunas, showers and bathtubs with sulfurous water, a manicure, a fitness center, a movie theater, a tennis court and beach tennis, multi-sport courts, bars and barbecues, kiosks, Futebol Society, sources of sulfurous and potable water, and a lake with paddle boats and fishing.

The place is simply beautiful! Outside there are several trees, lots of green grass, flowers, plants, and always birds, which makes everything even more special. The jabutis are a cuteness apart and the pool is great for refreshing. Inside, the decor is super cool, full of artistic and original pieces. The vibe is rustic and at the same time quite cozy. It is a perfect place for those who want to disconnect from the noise of the city and enjoy the tranquility. It has cool restaurants nearby, and the host Gabriel is super friendly and helped me with all my doubts.

My father was born in my host's property area. I went to visit relatives and found this pleasant surprise of hosting. Close to everything I saw in my childhood and I had the pleasure of remembering this time taking my son who had been for a long time still a baby today at the age of 17. My father is no longer with us, but my mother was also what made the stay even more memorable. Unspeakable moments, which I hope one day to relive. I highly recommend it. You sleep to the sound of a waterfall; open the window and come across a sunrise view with the mountain range in the background and a lemon tree in the backyard...SENSATIONAL!

The farm is great, it has a beautiful view, with animals of its own from a farm, delights to wake up with the noises of the birds, the mugging of the cows or the sound of the siriemas. The house is good, large, well ventilated and was very clean, inside there are 2 bathrooms plus one of the suite, in the service area there is one more and by the pool for 2. The kitchen with good utenlisilos, has the necessary to cook. The gourmet area is at the entrance of the house, also large, very tasty and with beer, the swimming pool is air-conditioned and is a little above the house, even taking a few days of rain, the water was not cold and it was possible to enjoy, the lake is conducive to a fishery and admire the geese. Thalia and her father are very kind and always ready to meet our needs. We went as a family and loved everything.

Sabrina is so friendly and the house is great! The impeccable cleanliness beyond spacious, has everything you need for a good stay. The house is in a very quiet place, excellent for rest and ideal for those who go by car. The city of Poços de Caldas is very hospitable and full of activities to tour. Charming condominium in the city center

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.
