Julio's house is a true haven. The atmosphere is cozy and well decorated, with a perfect combination of comfort and rustic charm. The outdoor area, with its swimming pool and barbecue area, provides an excellent space to relax and enjoy nature. We really enjoyed our stay there. The location is quiet and ideal for those seeking peace. The host was extremely attentive. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay in the countryside.

It was all very smooth, Fran's father welcomed me very warmly. She was always available through WPP, and her father is the neighbor and was also always available. I really liked it, a quiet place to feel at home, a terrible peace. I would definitely come back and recommend a lot.

I spent a great weekend, the house is very cozy with basic items for a good stay, outside the cleaning and a waterfall in the backyard. Aréa exterior with a barbecue is large and comfortable as well. The views of the rooms are great because they have windows that overlook the trees and the beds are very comfortable. It's well worth... and it's not far from Pocinhos. I loved it.

The house is wonderful, air-conditioned pool, large hot tub, bocce court and big soccer field, well-lit at night, 4 very large bedrooms, we were with a group of 13 adults and some children and the stay was great, the house accommodated them all very well, comfortable beds, ping-pong table, fobolim, large barbecue aerial with tables and chairs, the house is amazing!

The place is very comfortable and Thiago's affection for guests is exceptional. The kitchen is well equipped with essentials available; chairs and sunshades to relax on the edge of the hydro. The barbecue grill provides a good leisure time The house has bed and bath linens. The shower is great. I just do not advise for people with mobility issues, as the residence has stairs and for the atico, older people may have difficulties. The location is good, but far from the centre of the city. Thiago gave us several tips and was extremely attentive, from beginning to end. If I go back to Poços, I'd go back to that house. Now, for those who are going, my wish for a good trip. Ronaldo was very helpful. The house is very cozy and spacious. Inside the house, the host was careful to leave instructions for the use of TV, Wi-fi etc. The swimming pool was very good, the dogs very well cared for in their space, gave even more sense of security. We could see even a rainbow. It is house in the bush itself, rustic as it says in the ad. The double bed was very comfortable. Access is very easy with maps, the streets are paved and visibly it is a new neighborhood. Very close to Poços de Caldas, which allowed us to visit the beautiful sights of the city. We return to SP full of sweets, cheese and good memories. We'll definitely be back one day.

We really like hosting! The house is spacious and comfortable, great for spending the weekend with the family. Great accommodation, the house is beautiful, with a rustic and old but modern air. The region is beautiful too, has several points to visit, and is very close to Caldas. Region in general very quiet, we took our two large dogs, it was very quiet. The whole place was working in the house, the space is very large in all rooms. I saw some comments saying that the house was dusty, it had dust, but peopleee, the neighborhood is surrounded by mountains, there is wind, rain, no house will stop clean, impeccable, in a region of mountains, land, trail, waterfall, unless it is every 5 minutes cleaning, otherwise the dust really comes, it is normal. We like the region very much, we know several places and we would come back for sure.

Excellent accommodation with ample space. Movie theater with very comfortable reclining seats. Equipped kitchen. It has 3 large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom, with impeccable linens. It has 4 bathrooms. The gas heating makes the shower water very warm. The taps have both hot and cold water. The dining room has a large table with 8 seats. It has a beautiful fireplace and barbecue area. Elisabeth's personalized service was very good. We were 6 adults and 1 child and we were comfortably settled in. I recommend it and will return with my family more often.

We were well received and, when the place presented an unforeseen situation, everything was settled in less than two hours, which was really wonderful and did not affect us at all. About the space itself, it's great. Well distributed and organized, and also located. Very close to gyms, barzinhos, pharmacies and more tourist regions of the city. It is possible to use transport apps safely and peacefully, and visit "O Cristo" using the tram that costs between R$35,00 and R$70,00, each. Fairs, squares and mostly cultural events such as exhibitions and open-air music are frequent. I feel like the Dna AirBnB. Maria was the best place we could be in Poços de Caldas, so I recommend it to all people.
