Vacation rentals with a sauna in Poços de Caldas

Shout it out. I was the first tenant, and without evaluations, I was a little apprehensive...lol But since then, Junior has been super attentive, helpful, communicative, and super accessible! I was free to come in the morning and leave in the afternoon!! The condominium is wonderful, it has everything, including a 24-hour mini market and with great prices! Organized, clean, with all the staff super polite, helpful and attentive! As for the apartment, I felt right at home! New, clean, smelling good, super fresh, comfortable, mattress, bedding, pillows and with all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom! With closets, drawers, hangers..... I spent 4 days with my mother, my son and my pet and if I could, I would stay another month...lol!! We loved it ❤️ We will definitely be coming back!!!! Incredible location, very beautiful condominium, well cared for, caring, kind and polite employees. Good apartment with 3 bedrooms, comfortable beds, bathrooms, living room and clean environments. I, my mother, sister and my kittens love it too much. Condominium club and very close to the Centre and main attractions. Wells is very beautiful city. Kind and very attentive host. I highly recommend this place and amazing accommodation of good!! And don't worry about portable water, there's a lot of yay!! Mega recommend.

I traveled with the family and it was a great experience, cozy place and with various spaces to entertain everyone.

The place is wonderful, with a very cool infrastructure to spend a weekend without having to leave the site. Everything working and well cared for. Célia, who was in contact with us, was very attentive and gave us clear information about the way, markets around and was always concerned for us to have good days of rest. A highlight for the sternum area, with a very well cared swimming pool, hydromassage and sauna. Everything works and is in great condition. The beautifully cared garden and fish lakes for those who like to fish. There is a housekeeper with his family who live in the place and are always around if they are willing to help with anything. In addition to keeping the space in order, they presented us with fruit from the orchard and then provided rods and earthworms for lambari fishing in the lagoon. In short, the space is as in the pictures and well prepared to receive large families and groups. In addition to being a lot of beds, everything is very well organized.

We found the apartment impeccable with all amenities sanitized. The location in a safe place, with easy access to the city's attractions and the large garage as advertised, made our stay much easier.

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.

Extremely well located, the property is comforting and quiet, in a very beautiful building. I just had to get a socket adapter because the ones in the apartment still follow the old standard, but other than that, a great place, I will certainly rent again.

The place is amazing! The whole structure very good and well cared for, the homemakers Josi and Evandro are super engaged and dedicated to creating the best experience possible, as well as the owner (Claudio). From the reservation until the exit the contact was friendly, cordial, affectionate and accurate. The visual of the region is sensational, the deck and the redário along the river bring a sensational peace. All super-care rooms with impeccable linen and towels. Air conditioning, televisions, kitchen equipment - all in order. It is difficult to put our satisfaction here. We stayed there for 5 days, in a group of 19 people and it was one of the best experiences we had at AirBnb. I highly recommend the site, and I thank you for the care you have had with our group throughout the entire stay. See you soon!
