The apartment is sensational! Extremely clean and organized. The window is beautiful! The coatings and dishes are differentiated. Around you can easily find: bakery, market, bar, beauty room, restaurant, marmita delivey, pizzeria, pilates, açai…. You can stay without a doubt!!

I had a great stay! The place is super cozy, it is exactly as described, clean, comfortable and well located. The hosts were attentive and always available to help with whatever it took. I would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

Pedro was very attentive before, during, and after. The place fully met our expectations. Clean, safe and super organized. The parking space is well located. 100% Internet. And, as a bonus, you still "get" a worthwhile view.

A dining area features a wooden table surrounded by benches, with large glass doors revealing a scenic view of hills and the city. An outdoor barbecue area is visible through the glass, along with a decorative stone fireplace.

Taize is very kind and super attentive, from the beginning to the end of the rental and stay. I rented two aptos, the 5 and 7, on the ground floor. The garage holds three cars (if well parked), we had a Sedan and two SUVs. A great ventilation, even on hot days, we do not use the fan. Spacious, clean and illuminated environments. Modern furnishings and decoration and balcony with a wonderful view of the city. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and by car is a few minutes from the city center. It has nearby bakery with delicious breads. Taize, thank you for your attention. We love the stay.

The apartment is extremely complete, with clean linen available, covered, clean bathroom, kitchen equipped for use. In addition, the owner was extremely available to help with questions, I highly recommend this location and if I have the opportunity I will return.

I recommend with closed eyes, very clean studio smelling organized, had everything I needed, the only thing I didn't have at the moment was air fryre, plus Lara from a look at everything and got one for us, Lara is very helpful attentive 1000 for her, before she even got to the studio already feeling welcomed, Lara does not measure effort to be perfect and yes it was perfect we'll be back soon, Lara super flexible on schedule, we follow the tips of tours she gave us everything was very perfect, thank Lara for so much affection you are wonderful congratulations 👏🏽 🌹 ❤️

The house is large, has everything needed for the stay. Very well located. The view is beautiful, the quiet neighborhood, close to the attractions of the center. Great place for dogs and good garage. Our stay was great and Diego was an excellent host.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry with a neutral color palette. A gas stove and oven are visible alongside various kitchen appliances. The countertops are adorned with a textured granite, and a window allows natural light to illuminate the cooking space.

The house is exactly as described in the listing, even more beautiful in person, it has a beautiful view. It has everything you need to make the most diverse meals. The pool is delicious, has a heater and is at a perfect temperature. Luiz was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was great! We were very happy days at Luiz's farm, I recommend the stay and would definitely come back.

The house was impeccably clean, with practically new utensils. Host Thiago and his wife were very polite and helpful throughout the entirety of the stay. The location is very peaceful and quiet, with easy access and very close to a supermarket and pharmacy. Despite being a little far from the center, this does not compromise the experience at all. Without a doubt, I would stay there again!

Angela has a very unique and beautiful property, we felt right at home as soon as we were greeted and enjoyed the quiet and private surroundings. The house is very conviently located in a secure part the city. The house was appropriately furnished with a very Brazilian sense of style with all that you could need for a short or long term stay. The communication and check in was effortless and prompt with the right amount of flexib le attention when needed. We look forward to staying here again next time we are visiting in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is super cozy, well decorated and with everything we needed. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything, super practical to get around. Samanta was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay, which made all the difference. We recommend with eyes closed and we will definitely return!

I simply felt at home, the apartment is just like the ad, everything is clean, a wonderful location, I didn😍't even want to go back but home, Dorivaldo is super, a good person, always responded quickly, very polite, I will definitely return, the place is simply wonderful, close to everything, you can do things on foot, good restaurants nearby, well-mannered staff, in short, the place is wonderful, 😍 I loved it
