My stay at Celia's house was excellent! From the beginning, she was extremely polite, attentive and helpful — always available to answer questions, give recommendations for places and ensure that everything went well. A great host! Check-in was super easy, with clear instructions and the house is very well located, close to the center. It was easy to find and I felt at home from the first moment. The house was very clean, organized and fully equipped, with all kitchen items, towels in the bathroom, dryer, washing machine, microwave, barbecue and other facilities that made all the difference in the stay. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, in a safe, quiet area and close to the city's main tourist attractions. There is a pharmacy, market, bakery and restaurants all nearby, which allowed us to do everything on foot. It was very worthwhile and I would definitely come back on a future visit and stay at the house again!

The stay was impeccable, the house is extremely comfortable and well equipped to receive a family. The surroundings of the house are very quiet, which provides a great experience. Mariely is very kind and friendly. We hope to return as soon as possible.

We stayed during the Easter holiday and the experience was above expectations. To begin with, Rita welcomed us very warmly, gave us all the instructions and made herself available to assist us throughout the stay. The house is true to the listing, having all the items as described. The property is spacious and well located. From the balcony of two of the bedrooms, the view of the city is wonderful. Everything in the house worked perfectly. About Poços de Caldas, I can say that my family and I love the city. The cable car ride is the best, apart from the cozy Minas Gerais food. Finally, I say that the tour was worth every minute.

Our stay was wonderful, accommodating very well a couple, a baby and a medium-sized dog. The house is comfortable and functional, with a unique and tasteful/playful decoration. Although we do not have a usable garage, we are able to park our car on the street every day, even though it is a holiday. A highlight for the hostess, who has treated us exceptionally well since the time of booking, with tips on restaurants and activities, flexible check in and check out and a lovely treat when welcoming us. The light and positive energy of both the home and its owner certainly made a difference in our trip. 🤍

Spacious and clean room as shown in the photos. Close to the highway with easy access to the city center and tourist spots. Excellent backyard for pets. You can also buy water, soda and beer from the minibar at a fair price, which makes it a lot easier.

We really enjoyed staying with Leonardo in his lovely home in Poços de Caldas. It is a quiet neighborhood and further away from the center, the house is integrated with nature and the orchard is full of fruit, outdoor kitchen the way we like it, ideal for couples!

The location of the house is great. The place is very spacious and very well organized. The host is super polite and helpful. I recommend it!

Camila's apartment is delicious. Arejado, the view is beautiful, quiet. We love our stay! Camila is very attentive, relaxed the checkout, was always present to any questions or requests from us. It's quick to go downtown, very quiet. It has a large pros Pets space, the Luck, our golden, loved it. I also consider a very positive point, the fact that we only found very nice people in the condominium, including the employees. It was worth it! We hope to come back again.

Great apartment, very faithful photos and description and very polite host.

The Loft is beautiful, organized and with everything we need to rest. I do not recommend it for young children under 5 years old as the mezzanine is difficult to get around and the stairs are dangerous. But it accommodates a family of 4 very well, with older children and the couple. The condominium part is a sight to behold. Ducks, chickens, birds and the leisure area is WONDERFUL (MULTI-MILLION HEATED POOL) with a Jacuzzi. You could spend a month or live there without any problems. It's one of the Airbnbs I recommend. From the condominium to the center it is about a 15-minute walk.

I simply felt at home, the apartment is just like the ad, everything is clean, a wonderful location, I didn😍't even want to go back but home, Dorivaldo is super, a good person, always responded quickly, very polite, I will definitely return, the place is simply wonderful, close to everything, you can do things on foot, good restaurants nearby, well-mannered staff, in short, the place is wonderful, 😍 I loved it

The apartment is brand new, everything was clean and organized. Easy access and close to downtown. Paula is very solicitous, always responding quickly to messages. I highly recommend the apartment.

The stay was excellent, but it needs minor adjustments. The suite's bathroom with very little water and no box/curtain. Missing blackout in the 2 bedroom windows, as the windows are glass, when dawn is very clear. In the kitchen, cups, cups and background dishes are missing. The rest, everything's great. Mr Edson and his wife are great. The place is beautiful, very quiet, very organized, with clean bed and bath linens. We will return for sure.

The studio is very pleasant, with quality bedding and towels, large and comfortable bed, cold air and good shower. Kitchen was also complete. The only bad part was sleeping with the noise they were making in the building next door (it was Saturday and rolled late).

I certainly recommend the apartment to everyone who wants to rest and enjoy the city...

Good apartment with 2 en-suites, with basic household utensils, coffee maker and Air fryer available. Building with great gym and pool, but since it was cold we didn't use the pool. Good parking and location near the main square. We felt at ease, like at home. There was no fan, maybe in the summer it would be good. But during this period it was not necessary, the weather was great.

New, cozy apartment, everything very clean and tidy, no noise around.

The apartment is perfect, 👏🏻 had everything we needed and is close to everything in town. It accommodates 4/5 people very well. The building manager Radovan is very helpful, helpful and attentive.
