The flat is much better than the pictures. Very comfortable beds. Bed linens and bath linens of excellent quality. It is very well located, close to market, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy. It has an easy to maneuver garage. Mrs. Lígia is a very kind person. Always responded quickly. It surprised us a pamper on our arrival.Growing in Pocos de Caldas we will certainly look for this flat.

The host was excellent from the first exchange of messages. We came in a period of intense cold and she was concerned about our well-being. The apartment is beautiful, with charming furniture and in perfect condition. The view is not even spoken. The property is in the heart of Poços, a few steps from the main tourist attractions. Vale every cent!

Caio's apartment is excellent. It has everything you need. You can really feel at home. The elevator is right next door, so you don't even have to walk far to access the outside of the condominium. And this, in turn, needs no comment. It's the second time I've stayed, everything is amazing. In addition to the wonderful structure, on commemorative dates, it has several leisure activities (e.g. at Easter, they hunted eggs with the children). The condominium staff is a 10 and Caio was very attentive, answered all my questions quickly. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is brand new, everything was clean and organized. Easy access and close to downtown. Paula is very solicitous, always responding quickly to messages. I highly recommend the apartment.

Alexandre was amazing, communication is a differential, very attentive! The space is wonderful, full of life and practicality, I recommend it! We were able to visit practically all the tourist attractions in 4 days, close to everything if you go by car, I was very happy with this choice!

I've never been to such a complete, clean, organized and well-located Airbnb. The flat is brand new, it has everything you need (equipment, cleaning, and even some coffee supplies). The hostess, I have no words to describe, very attentive, polite, a sweetheart, super helpful, she even left a treat for my family in the flat! The apartment is very well located. After we parked the car, we only took it out to leave, because we did everything on foot. I can only thank Lígia for offering a place in perfect condition, and for being so attentive to us. It's already our only choice in the city of Poços.

The stay at Vila Gloc was great! Our chalet was newly built, very tastefully decorated, the bathroom had amenities provided by the hosts as well as the kitchen with coffee, sugar etc. The view of the city of Águas da Prata and the mountains in the shared area of the Villa is amazing Check-in was great and Gil was very attentive, from booking to the last moment, with local tips, always responding quickly and very helpful I recommend the stay, thank you 🌸

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.

We had a wonderful experience in our stay! The house was excellent, exactly the same as in the pictures, which made us very pleased. Bed and bath linens were of great quality. The bathroom was excellent, and the shower worked perfectly, with very hot water. City had a nice hairdryer! The kitchen was complete, with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The living room was large and welcoming, ideal for interaction. The Internet worked perfectly, allowing two people to work simultaneously online without any problem. The common area also exceeded our expectations, being comfortable and perfectly illustrated in the photos. Also, the surrounding countryside was simply beautiful! We went to the blues festival in the mountains and the host, Gil, was exceptional! He did everything to support us by offering tips and transportation options. Gil made us super comfortable and was always available! We recommend and will be back with friends!

Each space in Gloc Villa brings a new experience, and this time it was incredible to combine a lot of comfort and spaciousness at the same time. Inside and out! What a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains! I'll be back!

Myself and my family are very fond of staying! The apartment is cute, all renovated, comfortable, very well equipped and the host even gently offered items like toilet paper and soap. In addition to bed and bath linens. The condominium is old but very complete, beautiful and the thermal pool and hot tub are tops! Also, very well located. We'll definitely be back!

Good house, very nice and quiet condominium environment..very familiar. Place to rest is a little far from the city...but we took everything we needed so it was quiet. In the condominium there is a restaurant... good food and affordable value

Catherine was an excellent host. Very friendly and attentive, she always answered us and was kind to offer us indications of events.

It was great to be back, excellent as always. This time I also enjoyed the outside a lot, especially having a glass of wine while watching the stars near one of the outdoor fireplaces! I highly recommend it!
