The apartment is very comfortable. Great location, it is close to the main square, super quiet to stroll through the center and leave the shopping at home and back for the tour. Two things that I did not see anyone commenting on, but they were things that I found a differential, the first one, there is a bakery in front of the apartment, just across the street to have breakfast, another thing, from the bedroom window and the living room to see Christ, I found this very cool. The apartment is very quiet, there was a day when we arrived in the corridor of the apartment, we heard a neighbor with music in a reasonable volume, but when we entered the apartment, there was nothing else to hear.

The apartment is very nice, clean, cozy, comfortable, well decorated and a very beautiful view. It is close to many tourist spots, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and even a hospital. The host was very helpful, flexible and polite. The concierge is 24 hours and the building is very safe.

I went to Poços to visit the Literary Fair and the location was excellent. Paulo responded promptly to all my messages, the apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We had a great stay!! The apartment is very well located, we did everything on foot - we just took the car out of the garage to go to the sights that are further away (bridal veil, source of loves, Christ). Cleanliness, comfort, location, space, all the best! Marcos received us with great affection, gave all the support, great tips, was very helpful and kind. Great signal wifi, TV with multiple channels, covered garage and easy to park, elevator. Just relax and enjoy! the backyard space is a big draw, to relax, sunbathe, enjoy with our son. I will definitely recommend it to friends, and I'll be back soon!

The apartment is impeccable and in a very quiet neighborhood and is very well equipped. Towels, linens, everything extremely clean and fragrant. The experience was very good for five people, as the apartment also has a suite. Excellent shower!

The house is beautiful, and the view is really amazing. It makes you want to stay longer! The house is super cozy, and the furniture is comfortable and clean. The kitchen is equipped, but there is a lack of pots for those who are in a larger group and want to cook. In fact, cooking with the view of the house is an incredible experience to enjoy on a night with friends. Romilda is super attentive and responds super fast, in addition to being very friendly and always available and willing to help - which makes all the difference in the experience. I will definitely return, not only for the structure of the house, but also for the service and attention of Mrs. Romilda.

An excellent option for those working in Poços de Caldas. Very quiet and well equipped. Although the room was in the basement of the host's house, we had complete privacy. The host responds quickly. We will be back.

Our stay was wonderful, accommodating very well a couple, a baby and a medium-sized dog. The house is comfortable and functional, with a unique and tasteful/playful decoration. Although we do not have a usable garage, we are able to park our car on the street every day, even though it is a holiday. A highlight for the hostess, who has treated us exceptionally well since the time of booking, with tips on restaurants and activities, flexible check in and check out and a lovely treat when welcoming us. The light and positive energy of both the home and its owner certainly made a difference in our trip. 🤍

very beautiful place, comfortable house, beautiful sunset and dawn. Patrícia was very friendly giving us tips from the region. We made the white stone trail (beautiful place) and we know several wineries in the region. The only problem is that there is no cellular signal (of course), only in Pocinhos, which makes it difficult to plan the tours.

Our stay at Diego's house this Easter holiday was extremely pleasant. Spacious, clean, cozy house and great location. I hope we can come back another time, as everyone in my family loved the stay. Super recommend to everyone!

Good house, very nice and quiet condominium environment..very familiar. Place to rest is a little far from the city...but we took everything we needed so it was quiet. In the condominium there is a restaurant... good food and affordable value

The flat is much better than the pictures. Very comfortable beds. Bed linens and bath linens of excellent quality. It is very well located, close to market, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy. It has an easy to maneuver garage. Mrs. Lígia is a very kind person. Always responded quickly. It surprised us a pamper on our arrival.Growing in Pocos de Caldas we will certainly look for this flat.

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.
