Vacation rentals with a patio in Poços de Caldas

The apartment is in the center of Poços de Caldas, close to several restaurants, it met all our needs well!! The host Claudia is very kind and quick to answer everything!!! I recommend it!

Everything was perfect, identical to the photos, Bruno was very attentive to leave complimentary water and soda, everything was impeccable.

Incredible location, very beautiful condominium, well cared for, caring, kind and polite employees. Good apartment with 3 bedrooms, comfortable beds, bathrooms, living room and clean environments. I, my mother, sister and my kittens love it too much. Condominium club and very close to the Centre and main attractions. Wells is very beautiful city. Kind and very attentive host. I highly recommend this place and amazing accommodation of good!! And don't worry about portable water, there's a lot of yay!! Mega recommend.

Great accommodation, the house is beautiful, with a rustic and old but modern air. The region is beautiful too, has several points to visit, and is very close to Caldas. Region in general very quiet, we took our two large dogs, it was very quiet. The whole place was working in the house, the space is very large in all rooms. I saw some comments saying that the house was dusty, it had dust, but peopleee, the neighborhood is surrounded by mountains, there is wind, rain, no house will stop clean, impeccable, in a region of mountains, land, trail, waterfall, unless it is every 5 minutes cleaning, otherwise the dust really comes, it is normal. We like the region very much, we know several places and we would come back for sure.

Julio's house is a true haven. The atmosphere is cozy and well decorated, with a perfect combination of comfort and rustic charm. The outdoor area, with its swimming pool and barbecue area, provides an excellent space to relax and enjoy nature. We really enjoyed our stay there. The location is quiet and ideal for those seeking peace. The host was extremely attentive. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay in the countryside.

Very comfortable and well-equipped house. The great thing about Airbnb is finding stays that have already been lived in by the owners and, in some cases, remain the same: with all the care and affection, as if they were still for them. Mariely is an incredible person, who conveys all this affection, care and concern in the accommodation she offers on the platform.

A quiet stay. From the confirmation of the reservation to the stay, Ueldes was an excellent host. The house is excellent, has plenty of space and the leisure area is amazing! We will definitely return.

I spent a great weekend, the house is very cozy with basic items for a good stay, outside the cleaning and a waterfall in the backyard. Aréa exterior with a barbecue is large and comfortable as well. The views of the rooms are great because they have windows that overlook the trees and the beds are very comfortable. It's well worth... and it's not far from Pocinhos. I loved it.

Gláucia is very friendly and communicative, the apartment is very well equipped, excellent for 2 people. Very well located also, close to several sights, my wife and I were very well received by her who gave us control of the garage and the keys of the apt, gave us prompts and made us feel at home. It's not for nothing that has so many positive reviews, I highly recommend it.

Quiet accommodation, new building, family atmosphere, the apartment was very clean and has everything basic to spend a few days, the host took care of us in everything, responded quickly, helped us with instructions for the city, security at check-in, we'll be back soon. I recommend the place!

The place provides an extremely pleasant experience due to the wealth of details from the landscaping, furniture, decoration, lighting, all very well integrated with the exuberant nature around. There is a wonderful view from both the room and the overlook. And Gil and Carminha are very friendly and caring hosts. An amazing place!

The apartment is beautiful. It was very clean, smelly, organized and is even more beautiful in person. The building has an elevator which makes it very easy, parking and it is quiet. André, a host who responds quickly and gave clear, cordial instructions and gave tips on places to eat. I'll definitely stay there again

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.
