Very responsive, and friendly host. Place was exactly as described and in a great location.

St. Augustine & this condo were beautiful. The pool was the perfect temperature every time. It was nice to be in a quieter area but close drive to great restaurants & activities. Really comfortable & clean. Nice linens & everything we needed (pool towels kitchen supplies etc). Check in was easy & Terrence was very responsive.

Clean and responsive — very close to beach. We didn’t go into Downtown as we were there for the Ocean. Loved the beach gear !

This was an incredible stay! Our first time in Saint Augustine and at this Airbnb. It was clean, beyond well stocked, everything you will even think about needing. It was a perfect amount of room for four adults and two kids. Direct access to a beautiful not crowded beach. You can see and hear the ocean right outside your door! I’ve never been more pleased with my stay! Great place for kids too! Thank you for creating such a beautiful place.

Given the need for an immediate relocation, Inga was very helpful and her home was just what we needed to enjoy the rest of our vacation. You could tell her home was cleaned very well and we felt right at home.

This was absolutely perfect for us, we loved the short walk to the beach, and lack of heavy traffic was a bonus. The owner was very responsive and the place is as advertised. The community pool (not heated) was practically in the back yard of this unit. We had never been to Amelia and loved the area!

Beautifully remodeled condo with ocean view and easy beach access. Comfy beds and couches for lounging. Looking forward to coming back to Lisa's place our next trip to St. Augustine!

The place is close to the beach - very walkable within two blocks as well as local restaurants and bars. The host also provided a cart for carrying stuff to beach which helps a lot. The unit has 3-bedrooms allows for guest flexibility which we appreciated as well. Definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

We had a fantastic time visiting for my nephew’s high school graduation. The house was close to family, squeaky clean and comfortable- everything we needed!

Karen had anything and everything we could’ve possibly needed readily available. We felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time in her beautiful space she thoughtfully set up. If we come back to Jacksonville, we will definitely stay here again!

Most definitely the nicest AirB&B we have ever stayed at! It was in a stellar location, quick easy walk to the beach, and felt safe and homey! The house was spotless and came with everything we could have needed. Shannon was an absolutely phenomenal host, we are so thankful!!! She provided us a ton of recommendations and helped us out the entirely of our stay. Check in and check out was flexible and straight forward! Definitely a must stay location with an excellent host if you’re vacationing in the Jacksonville area!

Me and my kids as well as our puppies stayed a weekend at this wonderful place my kids loved the house and it was a relaxing getaway my family needed everything was just what we expected Mr.Walden is very nice and responds with no problem in a very timely matter. The host was very responsive and proactive. This by far was the best home I've booked on Airbnb for my family and myself. It was the perfect location. A short drive between downtown Saint Augustine and Jacksonville. Very quite very neat and clean Also up-to-date appliances! Overall extremely satisfied with my stay will book again in the future. Lisa’s home was perfectly located on Jax Beach, close to restaurants, and a little on the quieter side of town. We loved the space, it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with seaside photos and maps we all enjoyed! I had to work one day and from the front patio I felt as if I were at the beach with my family, beautiful views! Thank you Lisa, will be booking again next year!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. The bedrooms are very comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, the backyard is beautiful and fenced in so it was perfect for our two dogs. It also has a fire pit, which made our nights relaxing and a lot of fun! Beach chairs and umbrella were available, which was a big plus. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful at night. We Highly recommend!

"Cozy Retreat" is exactly how I would describe this place. From the garden walk entrance to the private garden backyard. The house was immaculately clean. Sara provided the little touches that surprise you and you don't think about on vacation from an emergency medical kit to feminine hygiene products. Those things show you how much she wants you to enjoy your stay and cares about her guests. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone it is exactly as pictured/described.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. Jeff was very communicative. The house matched the description and photos. Everything was very clean and well thought out. The location was perfect and close to the beach. They provided everything you could need for a beach trip. I would come back here again, without a doubt.

We had the most wonderful time at Stephanie and Gary’s Airbnb. Getting in was incredibly easy. They reached out the morning of our check in day and let us know we could check in early if needed as the condo was ready. Inside, everything was spotless. There were plenty of towels and linens for our whole group. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We cooked most meals at home, and loved sharing meals together on the deck. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away. Stephanie and Gary were very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting St. Augustine. We hope to visit again soon!

David’s place was great! My wife, son and I were looking to stay in the Jacksonville Beach area and this rental did not disappoint. It is only a few short footsteps from beach access and the rear balcony provided an amazing view directly over the beach & ocean. We also found the beach area in front of the building seemed to have a lot less crowd activity than other areas down the beach near larger condo buildings.

Quiet neighborhood, relaxing and intimate enough for a small family to enjoy. Great stay !

Great stay. Host was flexible and allowed an early check in which was super helpful traveling with two toddlers. Place had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Very clean! Loved having the beach walkable and a cute restaurant next door. We had one issue with the front door lock and the host responded and called within 5 minutes to resolve the issue. A+ service! Thanks!
