Host Jamie was GREAT! Place was decent. Comfortable but needs updates. Furniture was old and looked a little dirty to my liking. Wished it had blackout curtains to sleep in! Wish it had an elevator just so it was easier to move around with wagon full of beach stuff. But otherwise very happy with our stay!

I've been waiting to do a review for Syd and Leslie's place. This place is wonderful and the hosts were/are very responsive and showed they cared for their home and the renters. They approved us to stay longer on check-out day because of a late flight and was very accommodating. Leslie texted me while we were on our way to the airport to thank us for taking such great care of everything and to have a safe trip. Shows me she really cares about people. We stayed there with 4 adults and 4 grandkids. The pool and pool area are great. The pictures do not do it justice. There were a BBQ/ games/pool toys/beach toys, etc. for our use. The house is in a beautiful location right on the canal and it is fully equipped for all your needs for the stay. Even during out stay I reached out to Leslie and she responded immediately. I cannot say enough good things about our stay other than we're planning to stay again next year and maybe for two weeks this time. Thank you, Syd and Leslie!!

This was a very nice, well designed and put together place to stay. It has a nice view of the waves on the beach and of the pool. It is very clean and well designed and organized. It was well stocked with everything we might have needed. It is a short walk to a restaurant with a bar. The beach is only a few steps away over the dune. The pool is a salt water pool, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I would definitely stay here again!

A slice of heaven for the week. We would definitely return to Inga's beautiful beach house. We already recommended it to our family and friends! The location is great. Quiet community and within minutes to beach, and about 10 mins. to the Publix grocery store. The St. Augustine historic center is about 20 minutes away. Inga is quick to respond and adequately communicated. The home is spotless and well appointed with all you need for a comfortable and memorable reprieve. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay across the four cottages we rented for the week of our wedding. The location is absolutely perfect — just minutes from St. Augustine, which made it easy for everyone to enjoy the historic charm and local attractions. The cottages themselves were fantastic: clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the shared amenities — the pool was a huge hit, and the BBQ area made it easy for us to gather and relax together. Being so close to each other was ideal for our group and made the whole week feel like one big celebration. The hosts were wonderful to work with — check-in was smooth, and they were always quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was top-notch, from the immaculate accommodations to the thoughtful amenities. The Jacuzzi was such a fun and relaxing touch, and the short walk to the beach made it even more special. Saint Augustine’s beauty was all around us, with incredible sights just minutes away. This was the perfect spot for our family’s special celebration, marking my mother-in-law’s 79th birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back! Amazing place! it was my family’s and i first time using airbnb and we picked the best spot! it’s peaceful, it’s close to major tourists places and Anna, the host was amazing! she answers questions quickly, very helpful and kind. The place was so clean when we first went in, the beds super comfortable and the amenities greatly appreciated!

Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Paola's place for a company retreat. We were able to book both houses and they very comfortably accommodated our group of 14, with room to spare. The houses were very comfortable. The property is amazing, with direct beach access and plenty of room. Paola was a great host. Very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.

Clay was the nicest Airbnb host our family has ever had. He was super friendly and made great local restaurant suggestions for us. The rental was clean, had plenty of extra linens/towels, kitchen supplies and was a short walk to beach access. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe to take family walks in the evenings.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The short walk to the beach and heated pool kept us all entertained. The high chair, pack n play, children’s books, baby gate, pool and beach toys really made the home standout as a family with young kids. We were able to grill out and enjoy all of our meals outside on the beautiful wrap around porch. The downstairs game room and bar helped keep the fun going when the afternoon rainstorms forced us inside. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working for the first day we were there, but the host worked diligently to get it serviced. We were able to enjoy it for the rest of our stay. We are already making plans to visit again soon!

Beautiful place to stay. Love the salt water pool, and patio. We felt right at home, definitely coming back.
