Beachfront vacation rentals in Palm Valley

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

Everything is exactly as pictured but the space is smaller than it appears in pictures-especially the bathroom. For the price, location, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, we had everything we needed and the host was wonderful! Clean and comfortable.

Of all the Airbnbs in any location we’ve used over the years, this one has been my favorite! It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything. Having access to the garage was great for beach days. Its location is perfect for St Augustine. This was our second time visiting St Augustine and I highly recommend this location. It’s a short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. And it’s a close driving distance to restaurants and a reasonable drive to the historic downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed the weekend with my husband and two children under 2 for a family wedding right down the road at The Reef. This was the perfect location and home for a quick weekend trip. We are so happy we stayed! The kids loved the big screen tv in the living room while mom and dad appreciated the coffee/k-cups offered. Thank you for letting us stay at your home!

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Had an amazing time! Wonderful home with amazing views and right on the water. He provided baby gates which helped with my toddler. Supplied beach chairs and umbrellas! Really great place to stay for families

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront Airbnb! The house itself is absolutely lovely—tastefully decorated, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. It immediately felt like a home away from home, which made our time in Florida all the more special. The hosts were fantastic—very responsive, kind, and genuinely friendly. They made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish, and their attention to detail really showed. This rental was the perfect spot for us while we wrapped up a few final things before our move from Ohio to Florida. Peaceful, comfortable, and well cared for—we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Karen was super responsive. We had a couple issues within the unit that she was able to have fixed within minutes!! We love this complex and will definitely be back!

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. It didn’t disappoint! The views of the beach and ocean are incredible. We were provided with everything we’d need for the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, life jackets, and paddle boards). St. Augustine is just a short drive away and full of amazing historical sights. The condo was impeccably clean, and we were provided with ‘starter’ everything until we could make it to the store to pick up additional paper goods, etc.. There are plenty of local restaurants to check out (a list is provided in the desk of local recommendations). Highly recommend staying here if you’ll be in the St. Augustine area!

Beautiful view of the beach and right next to the pool. We had a short stay but so glad we chose to stay here. Also highly recommend Commanders Outpost restaurant (3 minute drive down the street) for a great dinner

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.

Ketch-a-Wave was exactly what we were looking for on our first visit to Amelia Island! The oceanfront property offered fantastic views. We enjoyed our coffee every morning sitting in the high top Adirondack chair/tables- enough seating for 4! The beds were comfortable and to be able to wake up to the sunrise on the beach was spectacular! Michelle was very responsive and offered numerous dining recommendations which we followed and were not disappointed! While we didn’t use the pool, it was clean and well-maintained. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Michelle again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Dani was a great host—responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. My wife and I especially loved the pool area, which came with a mosquito net and beautiful pool lights that made for relaxing evenings. The patio furniture was perfect for lounging, and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, which made it easy for us to prepare our own meals. The location was also fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and only about 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The beds were super comfy, and the whole property had a cozy, well-kept feel. We would more than likely recommend this spot to friends and would definitely consider staying again!

Great place, amazing pool, and so close to the beach! We loved Chris and Michelle’s guide with all the food and activity recommendations. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with a pool and the beach super close, this is it. Both Chris and Michelle were also super friendly!

The location of this rental for our young family was unbeatable. The beach gear provided was so nice, it allowed us to pack less in our car and still have plenty for our kids to do at the ocean. The host were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

This was my 3rd stay at this location. The place feels like home when I'm away from home. The addition of the mini split AC unit is helpful in controlling the temp in the unit. And Cynthia is always helpful and responsive. I look forward to staying there again, when I return this summer.

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

Great place! Two second walk to the beach. It was the perfect place to stay after a concert at the VyStar arena (only 30min away). The house was clean, cozy, and just what we needed for our weekend get away!!

Scott’s place was very clean and homey like also for older folks like my husband and I there is a elevator which made it very convenient . Scott was very friendly and communicated with us right away the view was gorgeous and well worth the price we paid which by the way was the most reasonable in the area especially for beachfront hotels and accommodation for 6 people . My daughter and her family stayed with us and was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness location and essentials that Scott provided. thank you very much ! we hope to stay there again soon we all enjoyed our stay 😃

Excellent stay. I was in town for my nieces graduation and this location was extremely convenient. Julie was highly responsive throughout my stay, as my schedule continued to fluctuate around family plans. She quickly helped with an unplanned situation, allowing a family member access. As for the studio- The bed is extremely comfortable (A+) , pillows were top notch, and the towels were great quality, and it was quiet at night (these are the things that matter most to me). The distance to the beach was a big plus for my morning walks. The cons: The pool was too far away to be useful so I never made it. I was presented with a long list of housekeeping chores the morning of checkout which was a little off putting as I’m trying to depart for the airport (happy to help - to some extent- given quick turns, but perhaps this could have been provided the night prior as a request and not a to-do list). That’s what the housekeeping fee is for. Julie is a great host. The studio is fantastic!

Kristi is an outstanding host. She had little snacks and water waiting for our arrival, while we absorbed the stunning ocean view. Everything here is as advertised and we were so lucky to find the oceanfront hideaway. We'll be back!

We had a great time. Loved being close to the beach. Much better than our last trip a year ago at a different host’s condo where we were locked out of our room for hours trying to get help to get back in. I swore that I’d never do that again. However the game changer was that Staley is local and gave me her contact number in case I needed anything. That’s why I gave it another chance. I’m very glad that I did. I didn’t need anything, but knew I could contact Staley if I did. We did communicate while I was there, but no emergencies happened. I plan on returning in the future. Thanks for a great stay Staley.
