Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Palm Valley

We enjoyed our long weekend stay celebrating our daughter' s graduation from high school. We found the house cozy and peaceful. We enjoyed meals and games outside by the pool. The weather was great and the pool was definitely refreshing. We hope to make it back in the future!

Wonderful stay. Very well kept and nicely appointed. Probably great with pets, but we did not have any pets and was excellent without pets too. Proximity to Mayo Clinic makes this perfect for anyone using Mayo, but also is less than 10 min from beach and near lots of shopping. Beds and furniture all comfortable and high quality. Host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Phillip was an outstanding host, communication is key for me and he excelled at thay. My only issue is that the bed was firmer than I like but that didn't kill my stay or the vibe. A mattress topper would help make it more comfortable for those that have a preference when it comes to that.

I used this location as a spot for my three older children who live out of town. We needed the perfect spot for all 7 of them to stay while attending one of their siblings graduations at Clay High. This place was large enough to accomadate everything even with people visiting that lives in Green Cove. I'd highly recommend anyone who needed to stay in Green Cove this place. It's a quiet neighborhood and a close drive to several places!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place and the area . It’s exactly where I wanted to be . On the border of ponte vedra and close to Jax beach area .

Sandra's home is very welcoming and stocked with anything you would need. The yard is beautiful, and the pool was amazing, as the weather was 95 degrees every day we were there. The location is near restaurants and stores which is convenient. We had the pleasure to meet Sandra, and she is a lovely person. We look forward to coming back in the future.

The home was attractive and thoughtfully presented. The host was communicative, responsive and friendly. The kitchen was well stocked -- we even had a dinner party. They had lots of snacks and a variety of cold drinks as well as extras in the bathrooms in case guests forgot things. It was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Pool was lovely. Layout was very open. Such a nice place for us as well as our dogs.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

My family and I loved our stay at Konti's house. The house had a lot of updates in the interior. Big kitchen with all the utensils, big master suite, and great pool! Only a few blocks from the beach. The whole team responded quickly any time of the day, even when I couldn't find the pool light switch. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Two second walk to the beach. It was the perfect place to stay after a concert at the VyStar arena (only 30min away). The house was clean, cozy, and just what we needed for our weekend get away!!

Had a great time. The rental was just what we needed. There were 3 of us and later another guest arrived. We were there for my daughter’s wedding reception in Atlantic Beach but also a beach vacation. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops some within walking distance or just a short car or bike ride away. There were 4 beach cruiser bikes provided to get around. Also some beach gear, chairs a wagon and even beach towels. The beach is across a busier street so you must be very careful when getting across. This rental has a small yard but big enough for what we needed. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the yard. Holden is an excellent host, the first few days of our stay we had a plumbing issue but Holden took care of it right away and the issue was resolved. We loved the neighborhood and took walks daily, sometimes morning and evening. The amenities provided were adequate and and we didn’t run out of the basics. If you ask if we would stay here again our answer is YES

It was my first time staying in a airbnb and it was absolutely amazing! Kristi's place was clean and close to everything even my favorite stop Aroma's Cigar Lounge! We went to the Jazz Fest and her place was not to far from that. I texted her about a ironing board and coffee maker and she had it delivered within minutes! I didn't get a chance to meet her but her communication was on point. She checked on us and let us enjoy our stay no harassing phone calls or text from her. I will definitely stay again! Also, the outdoor patio was bonus! Thanks Kristi for letting us enjoy your beautiful place! Your place is definitely a 10 out of 10!

This property was everything it said it would be. Close to beaches and shopping. The property was clean and comfortable and has great fun amenities. We will definitely be back.

Can’t say more amazing things about this place. Our family has come back for the second time and have already made plans to come back. It’s our slice of heaven. Quick drive to the beach and the food and coffee walking distance from the house is so so good! Go to community loaves for fresh sourdough. But honestly you could stay at the house and never leave. Between the perfect pool, playing pool outside, and watching my kids try and catch lizards - this place is so special to us! You won’t regret it!
