Family-friendly vacation rentals in Palm Valley

We loved staying here. Beautiful home, extremely comfortable and very convenient to the old town. A nice surprise that Nancy decorated for Christmas with a tree, lights, etc. and set the mood for our Thanksgiving week with the town’s lights.

Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

A nice place at the Euro Village. Our stay was great! It was safe, comfortable, and peaceful. We had everything we needed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer (shared between two units in a foyer). The private parking was well labeled and close to the elevator - so was the unit, which made it easy to haul our luggage. We were able to sit and listen to music in the center from our balcony. There was a cute little market on Sunday. We even saw hermit crabs at low tide on the St Joe Walkway across the street - which the village had a legitimate pedestrian crossing to access. Arlene and Caio were very responsive. We would stay again.

I would like to say first and foremost this was THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED we’ve slept in an air bnb and the place would be a top choice just for that alone. We had access to the hot tub that was much needed after sight seeing. We enjoyed the outdoor showering area as well. We had everything we needed for the few days we were there visiting. We will be back !

Loved our stay. Very peaceful and comfortable. Best sleep I have had in awhile. Had appointments at Mayo. Very close! Great location. Had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again!

The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything was there. We miss only more toilet paper rolls and shower soap in kids bathroom. The resort is perfect to spend nice time: very nice and clean 2 pools, spa and tennis/pickleball courts. The privat beach acces was fabulous with a tourtle direct close to boardwalk. We tried a few restaurants during our stay, and fall in love with one direct over the fence-Santiago's FloridaKitchen: perfect fresh homemeda food and very nice fast service. And you can not forget the Mayday ice cream. A lot of things to do around. We will definitely love to come back.

The place is amazing having a 10 out of 10 for the pool and the hot top. House very beautiful and clean. Abrina and her husband are very friendly. They bring you fresh bread and butter in the morning. For sure I would recomend this peaceful place for vacaciones with the family

Tyson and his place were awesome ! Tyson was easy to communicate with and the unit was huge (it was only my wife and me). The neighborhood is very safe and walkable and there were many, many bars and restaurants a short distance away. We recommend Tyson’s property and will surely try to stay there again the next time we are in town.

I cant say enough good things about Fred and Lynn's home away from home. I've stayed at a few locations in St Augustine, but they deserve more than 5 stars. My family enjoyed every second of their peaceful surroundings. The home was gorgeous, pool felt amazing, and hosts and fur babies were super friendly. We are definitely planning on returning now that we have found this hidden gem. Close enough to great restaurants, but so private that deer felt safe enough to lay in their yard. Fred met us as soon as we arrived with Ellie and they gave us the grand tour, checked in during our stay to make sure we were comfortable, and Lynn came out to have conversation and offered my daughter a pool float. Even making sure she had sun screen. It was the little moments like that that made this place so special!! I said several times "reminds me of grandma's house as a kid." Thank you again Fred, Lynn, Ellie, and Boo. We miss yall already!

Great place to stay close to the historic area and lots of places to eat. close to beaches. The place was cute and clean great enclosed patio should def rebook next time we are in St Augustine

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location near the ocean was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to the host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

This house was well equipped with all the essentials need for a lengthy stay. It was convenient with a short walk to the beach and several restaurants within a short distance. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to any family that wants to be by the beach. We will defiantly be returning in the future. The Steiners from South Carolina.

We had such a wonderful stay. The location cannot be beat and we walked everywhere. The cottage was very well stocked which was great. There was even a box of bandaids in the medicine cabinet. We enjoyed coffee in the private yard area while our little dog searched for lizards. Such a great place and I’d highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

The condo was well equipped and conveniently located. We had everything we needed and the furniture was nice, beds comfy, and the outside deck was a nice place to gather.

St. Augustine & this condo were beautiful. The pool was the perfect temperature every time. It was nice to be in a quieter area but close drive to great restaurants & activities. Really comfortable & clean. Nice linens & everything we needed (pool towels kitchen supplies etc). Check in was easy & Terrence was very responsive.

Matthew's condo, located in Butler Beach, on Anastasia Island was a short drive to some great locations including St. Augustine Old Town, a great place to spend time, beautiful Anastasia Island State Park and much more. We took a sunset cruise in the bay, toured St Augustine, played mini golf and had plenty of beach time. Comfortable accommodations, had most everything we needed. Must have a car to enjoy the area. Great stay ll in all. Glad we came down in April, wasn't terribly crowded.

This condo is perfect. It met our needs and is located in beautiful St. Augustine. Great location. Ocean views. Peaceful.

We booked Roland's place because of the private pool. We have young kids and the hope was for all of us to have some fun for spring break and the kids get practice swimming, so a lot rested on the pool. It did not disappoint. The pool is clean, large (the right size for a family), and as described. It is heated, which was clutch and allowed us to use it for our final days when the whether got down to the low 70s. It is covered by a lanai, as well as surrounded by a safety fence. That and nearby Publix and we were basically set for the 5 nights. There is a grill, subscriptions on the smart TVs throughout the house, a few toys, plus ping pong and fussball. We went to Jungle Park Beach, which was just under 10 minutes away, which was nice as well. If I was looking for something to complain about the beds weren't the most comfortable (though we slept quite well), the kitchen could maybe use a deeper clean and was not greatly functional (microwave by sink). In all great place!!

Fantastic house in a beautiful part of St. Augustine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the pool and garden are ideal for relaxing. It’s within walking distance of a great coffee shop, restaurants, and bars. I would highly recommend this property.

We just returned from the most incredible stay at Jamie's beachside Airbnb, and we're still in hangover! This stunning property exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like we were in paradise. The location is absolute perfection - steps from the beach, with breathtaking views of the ocean from the private balcony. We spent hours soaking up the tranquility, watching the sunrise amid clouds, and enjoying the sound of the crashing waves right from the home ! The interior is tastefully decorated, a seamless blend of coastal chic and modern comforts. The beds were neat, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare family meals. Last but not the list, the exceptional hospitality of Jamie right from the initial booking to few changes to accomodate us all (kids and seniors) in the best possible way, we appreciate her greatly ! I have recommended this place already to my family and friends visiting the nation's oldest town !!!
