Sandra's home is very welcoming and stocked with anything you would need. The yard is beautiful, and the pool was amazing, as the weather was 95 degrees every day we were there. The location is near restaurants and stores which is convenient. We had the pleasure to meet Sandra, and she is a lovely person. We look forward to coming back in the future.

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Yuriy was very responsive her place is amazing. Very close to everything we needed. Hostess was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and the babies loved the pool! It was warm and was nice to not have to worry about it closing. ❤️❤️. We will definitely choose this location again!!!

Wonderful stay. Very well kept and nicely appointed. Probably great with pets, but we did not have any pets and was excellent without pets too. Proximity to Mayo Clinic makes this perfect for anyone using Mayo, but also is less than 10 min from beach and near lots of shopping. Beds and furniture all comfortable and high quality. Host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

This house was beautiful and very clean. We had 1 maintenance issue and Lucus responsed within 1 min and a maintenance person was there within 10mins. The house has everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen and baths. We enjoyed our stay and will book there again if in the area. Thank you Lucus for sharing your house.

Absolutely loved our stay amazing house, smooth process and communication. We did not have any issues during our stay. Our daughter loved the playground set and toy set. Very spacious home so clean absolutely loved it and hope to come again soon.

This home was very nice. The owner put a lot of effort to make us feel comfortable. The beach is not that far and restaurants and shopping are very close. I felt at home staying here and that says a lot because i am a very picky person. The owner provided a lot of things in the home that I was not expecting. Thanks Kent for a great stay!!! I have nothing but great things to say about this place and the area . It’s exactly where I wanted to be . On the border of ponte vedra and close to Jax beach area .

Came for a quick 16th birthday trip for my daughter. The pool and hot tub was perfect for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed seafood at Cajun Crab and quick trip to the beach. We would stay again!
