Eason’s place is perfection. Everything was exactly as described and went above and beyond our expectation. Clear communication, absolutely no issues during our day. It’s in a great location and so close to the beach. 10/10 recommend you book it!

This was our second visit to Fred and Lynn's home and it didn't disappoint. When visiting other home I have always taken my own pots and pans as I always encounter cheap thrift store cookware, but not here. I left my kitchen home this trip and it was great! We love how secluded and private it is. You would never know you are only 5 minutes away from shopping and grocery stores. Especially when the local deer herd visits in the early mornings and late afternoons. We plan on returning next summer! 😊

Pool was lovely. Layout was very open. Such a nice place for us as well as our dogs.

This was a PERFECT place to stay for the weekend! We were able to walk or take a quick Uber anywhere we wanted to go. There was so much to see and do and explore. When we wanted to relax the pool, video games (I won!) and especially the rocking chairs in the front porch gave us room to spread out and relax. This is an amazing place and absolutely perfect down to the last detail.

Her home was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and well maintained. Lots of little extras like beach chairs, pool toys, games and coffee. Hosts were responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place.

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

We are finding it difficult to put into words just how enjoyable this entire experience was! The home and Stephenie's assistance throughout this trip was absolutely fantastic. The home is absolutely perfect - JUST what we needed....it felt like home - and Tammy, as a property manager for a large resort in Treasure Island, Florida, knows quite well how to take care of guests and the home she and her friends stayed at here met EVERY possible criteria. 5-Star is not even remotely good enough to describe it. Tammy and her husband plan on another trip later in the year and will cross their fingers that Stephenie's absolutely lovely home will be available. We had such a fantastic time at this beautiful home in St. Augustine! The home is very clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—tucked away on a quiet street but still close to the beach, downtown, restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The house had everything we needed and more—well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a lovely outdoor area to relax. You can tell the owners really care about making it a great experience for guests. We walked to town every day and loved how easy everything was. Communication with the host was fast and friendly, and check-in was simple. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting St. Augustine. We’ll definitely be back!

My family had a wonderful stay for our first time in the area. Most of our time at home was spent watching wildlife from the large porches in the mornings and evenings. We flew in with only carry-ons so the beach chairs, beach bag, towels, water toys were a huge bonus. The house truly has everything you need and a gorgeous view. We had two teenage boys who were in awe of the inlet area watching high/low tide changes and checking out the river wildlife with kayaks - it's a very special place.

House of Cash ROCKS! We felt right at home, had everything we needed. Hosts were great with communication, detailed instructions, and were responsive to messages. Price was comparable (or less) than nice hotels in the area, and this way we had privacy and yard space for our dog. We even brought in our instruments (violins, uke) to accompany the piano. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This house was amazing! A perfect location and very easy to get to everything in town. Very homey feel and a perfect place to come home to after a long day on the beach!

This home is even better than pictured! There are thoughtful details everywhere like tea, coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, makeup towels, and lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers! Everything was so comfortable, clean, and welcoming and Antonio was incredibly communicative and accommodating! The fenced yard also is especially a wonderful feature especially for folks traveling with their pup! We enjoyed playing corn hole in the backyard and there is even a fire pit for cooler weather! We would highly recommend everything about our experience! Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

My second time staying at this property and the visit was just as good as the first. A very quiet and spacious house on the outskirts of St Augustine. Everything was in working order and the host is super responsive if you have any questions. Really enjoyed my stay!!

Nice, clean, beautiful home that was perfect for my husband and I and our doggie. He had an awesome backyard to run and play in. Location was nice … just about 4 minutes from Surfside beach which was low key and had easy parking. Can’t say enough about this place. We didn’t want to leave.

I loved this home! It was perfect. So much better than I expected. Larger than the photos. It was so roomy and just an awesome neat home. I loved the decorations everything looked so old and cool. It was a very historic St. Augustine vibe which I really appreciated. The location was top tier. I can’t wait to come back. No better place to stay at in St. Augustine in my opinion. Thank you!

Wonderful location that can’t be beat, just steps away from an amazing community pool and close to I-95, yet had a quiet, secluded feeling. Comfortable bedrooms and the living/dining area was bigger than we expected from the photos! Kitchen only has basic essentials, but was well organized and easy to use for breakfast and lunch. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked very well, and they even provided detergent pods. I’m an early riser and absolutely loved the peacefulness on the patio during the cool of the morning. Excellent, clear communication from the host through messages that allowed us the privacy that we prefer. Biggest improvement I have already recommended to the host is to take better care to mop the tile floors as they felt sticky. Wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Yelena’s place! The house was very spacious and perfect for our group — we were all very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and adequate, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool and gym, which were easily accessible. Communication with Yelena was always fast and attentive. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean and spotless inside. We wanted to do a ‘staycation’ for our vow renewal and this was the perfect spot. The house is 3 stories so there is plenty of space! Our kids loved the air hockey table and direct access to the beach. The ocean views are incredible - 10/10 would recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time! We thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach. So nice to get up & go right out to take a walk or go for an early morning swim in the ocean. The beach is very private so you don’t have to worry about someone taking your things. The house was very accommodating for our large group. We would totally stay here again!

My husband and I had the most wonderful time at Megan’s place. We wanted someplace special to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and special is exactly what we had. The house is adorable and had everything we needed. The outside deck was my favorite spot. The sunrises were spectacular, and we even saw dolphins one morning! Daily walks on the beach, great restaurants nearby, and close to St Augustine for sightseeing made this vacation truly memorable. I hope we can come back again next year.

We had a great time with the beach being just steps away. We watched the dolphins swimming in the ocean right from our dining room window while eating breakfast. The location and house set up was great for our family of four. We enjoyed our stay!
