Ken’s place was exactly as advertised! It was quiet. The pool was sparkling clean. We loved being on the waterfront with kayaks. The views from the balcony were fantastic. We saw a dolphin, sea turtle, pink spoonbills and lots of other birds. The king bed was extremely comfortable. There are many food places to choose from close by. Downtown is also close by. We will definitely return!

Amazing location! The cottage was very clean, comfortable, beachy, sufficiently spacious for 5 adults, and very well stocked. The outdoor shower was private, large, and had good water pressure/heat and splinter-free flooring. We did not miss having a second full bathroom at all. The backyard was lovely, and we could see a bit of the water from the balcony of unit A. The pool was warm and clean. There were pool toys, chairs, a great umbrella, and various items to make us comfortable, including dishwasher pods, coffee filters, and salt/pepper/oil, etc. left from prior guests, which is so much better than corporate-run airbnbs that get emptied after every stay and leave you with nothing. One could cook a real meal in the the kitchen, as it was surprisingly spacious and well stocked with basic supplies, tools, cutlery, plates, etc. Sharing the yard and property was no issue at all. It felt surprisingly private. Sharon was a perfect host. Friendly, responsive, but not intrusive. A+ stay!

We had a really nice stay. Walking right to the beach was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants and it was a short drive to all attractions. Dog friendly was definitely a plus for our pugs.

St. Augustine & this condo were beautiful. The pool was the perfect temperature every time. It was nice to be in a quieter area but close drive to great restaurants & activities. Really comfortable & clean. Nice linens & everything we needed (pool towels kitchen supplies etc). Check in was easy & Terrence was very responsive.

We have stayed at other properties in St Augustine Beach before but this was our first time at Ponce Landing and we'll definitely be back there the next time we are in the area. The condo was perfect for our needs, the pools were fabulous and we were just steps from the beach. We appreciated the extra touches with the beach chairs, bikes etc even if we didn't have the chance to use them and the garage was an added bonus. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable and the whole place was spotless.

Absolutely LOVED everything about our stay!! The location was near all St. Augustine Beach has to offer (right next door to miniature golf course), but the location of the unit within the complex was what dreams are made of! Walk directly out your back door into grassy area, then less than 10 steps to the boardwalk. Kim was delightful to work with and resolved any issues immediately. It was obvious her top priority was making sure we enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely return!!

This is a great location. There’s a wonderful view from the downstairs back porch and the upstairs balcony. The pool right on the water was definitely a bonus. It is a very short walk to the beach. The condo was very comfortable and all needs provided for. The host, Christy was very friendly and accommodating. We spent a very relaxing weekend here and will definitely come back again.

Great location! Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! The home was clean and easy to get into. The king bed is a bit soft and pretty squeaky when you flip over but we made it work!

Great place on a quiet stretch of beach. Lots of beach toys and boogie boards downstairs for guests to use. The beds were a little on the soft side for us, but that’s purely personal preference. Otherwise we were very comfortable at Matt’s townhouse. The game room was a big hit with our teenage son, and having access to the pool and tennis court was also a bonus. Highly recommend The Hammock Grill a few miles south (near Publix), as well as The Commander’s Shellfish Camp for a lovely sunset dinner on their back deck. Matt’s guidebook was very helpful!

Ashley was a very responsive and helpful host! The place was very clean, comfortable, and close walk away from a quiet beach. It is also a short drive to great local restaurants. Would recommend

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to numerous beautiful beaches. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves was truly a highlight of the stay. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to book it again on my next trip to Florida.

Stayed for over 2 mos. This place had everything you needed for extended stay-Plenty of dishes, cleaning supplies, clean/comfy beds, storage space in kitchen/bath/bedrooms, all appliances were in working order. Michael (and Anne) were wonderful hosts….even providing fishing rods. The backyard was a private floral paradise. Great wifi and always enough hot water. It had THE NICEST landscape/frontage in the area….Loved our stay! Staying for over 2 months is NOT the same as staying for a couple of days. So, for us cleanliness/comfort/space free of clutter for all our STUFF and the thoughtful stocking of so many supplies was just wonderful. The host(s) reside next door and were always available for any minor issue that we had-> like replacing fridge light bulb. We stayed in this same location last year and loved the quiet area and how close it is to some great restaurants for dinner/happy hours. Our thanks to Anne and Michael for making these months so special.

Lovely and comfortable home. in a quiet community with a quick walk to a beautiful beach. Lauren gave us all the information we needed in a timely manner. We will be back.

Karen’s place was an immaculate condo in a residential subdivision, had all the supplies for cooking for a family and the beds were comfortable. It got a little loud in the mornings because of the geese and the neighbors using a metal grinder, but was otherwise peaceful and quiet. Can be a bit tricky to find at night but during the day it’s no problem. I would stay there again and would definitely recommend.

Weston’s place was super clean and just as described. I didn’t realize the upstairs had an open space overlooking the main living area, but that was probably my bad for not looking at the photos more in depth. This makes it a little difficult to use the living room area while putting children to sleep. The fenced-in yard and pet-friendliness are a huge bonus. The beach access is a little hike, but walkable. There was a book of local recommendations at the house, which was super helpful in navigating our options! We had a slight hiccup with the door and Weston answered the phone right away and helped us. The area feels safe and was very nice for a quick last-minute vacation. Instructions for checking out were super easy and Weston was great to work with even on a last minute basis. We would 10/10 recommend his place and look forward to staying again if we are ever in the St. Augustine area!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home that was clean with a great layout. The view and walk to the beach was better and closer than we expected and very peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely select this rental again if we come back to St. Augustine in the future.

Elena and Gary's house was as described and was very clean and comfortable for our visit. Their home is located close enough to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds and traffic and is an easy drive to downtown.

Jodi's place is wonderful! It's beautifully and tastefully decorated, has quality and comfortable furniture and beds, and well equipped kitchen, bed and bathrooms. What stands out is her attention to detail and the extra touches that made us feel special: from the abundance of beach gear, assortment of bath, kitchen and laundry supplies, and a welcome snack & wine basket to the way the beds and bathrooms were dressed (actually every room!) shows how much she cares about her guests and wants them to feel welcome and at home. Thank you again Jodi! We loved our time at your home!
