Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Palm Valley

Nikki’s place was nothing less than AMAZING! We felt right at home our entire stay! She was very helpful and very very responsive at all hours of the day/night! Will definitely book here any time I’m in Jacksonville! Thanks again Nikki!

This was a great place to stay in Villano Beach. The host was very attentive and helpful. We loved the pool and the outdoor grilling!

In a world where service can be hit or miss, These hosts should teach a class on customer service! They were beyond accommodating from the start. From questions on dates, check-in times and price, all the way down to purchasing a coffee maker after asking our preference!! They were in constant communication with things happening at the house to make us aware. The house was prefect for our larger group and had all the necessary amenities. Hot tub was a nice touch. Short drive downtown. Would recommend to any and everyone staying in the area. They rent the two houses separate or as one larger group rental.

Amazing Airbnb and David was very attentive. Walkable to the downtown area and it is a beautiful walk over the bridge of lions! 10/10 would recommend

Very nice vacation at this spacious house. This home offered alot of amenities. Great location! The two person hottub was very relaxing. Beds are very comfortable. Golfcart was fun and the ride to Aunt Kate's is a must!!! Food and view there is an A+! Short walk to beach! The overpass walkway in the picture is a little deciving for you would have to walk alongside A1A to get to it . We walked to the end of the block and crossed on the street which is no problem doing. The yard layout for pet was well thought out. Thanks Mya for an A++ experience!

We loved our stay! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The place was equipped with everything we needed. The king sized bed was incredibly comfortable and I probably got the best sleep I've ever had while on vacation. Couldn't recommend this place more. The private hot tub was just icing on the cake!

My family of 4 had the opportunity to stay at Garland's place and it was wonderful. The team's quickness to communication was the best part. We felt right at home and would love to revisit.

This is a beautiful home with great spaces to enjoy. The house is thoughtfully appointed for families and fun. There were ten of us-my husband and I, our two kids and their spouses, and our four grandchildren. Every one of us felt relaxed and accommodated. The house is close to downtown St Augustine and other attractions. The beach is fantastic. And--the hot tub is great! We would love to come back some day.

Wonderful Airbnb experience! The house was exactly as pictured, super clean, great decor/style and the amenities were lovely. Sweta’s communication was spot on and made our stay worry free! St Augustine has oodles of rental options and we’re so appreciative of the perfect stay! You can’t go wrong here.

We had a blast! Close to everything you’d want to see, so short drive times to everything we did. End unit so a little more private than the other condos in the community. Easy walk straight from condo to beach.

Ten stars needed!! After lots of research and searching Brittany’s house stuck out to us due to the amenities and the weather at the time in Palm Coast. We were hesitant at first because we saw a review from February with one star where the renter had made comments about the condition of the house. I am not sure if this person was from wealth and lived in a five-star condominium But to me and my family house was phenomenal. From the moment we contacted the owner about the past review to when we walked in and smelled clean and welcoming. The air was set at a comfortable temperature and everything looked great. Like I said the house even smelled clean. Everything listed and more were included in the house. We loved the coffee maker and the fact everything was so well Stocked. Fresh coffee and condiments. The water was filtered and softened. Extra towels and bedding, soap&shampoo washcloths &to much to mention. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend you stay here if possib

What a beautiful gem this home was, tucked away in a quiet,charming neighborhood within walking distance of St. Augustine's historic district. The morning view of the sunrise over the marsh right across from the home was a breathtaking and soothing site to see from the cozy porch. The home retained its vintage appeal with a touch of modern accents such as spotlights, plasma screen tvs, and outdoor shower overlooking bamboo forestry. Beds were so comfortable and home had all amenities such as towels, cookware, iron, etc. Courtyard was so expansive and kids loved playing there. Highly Recommend :-)
