The little house in the square is a lovely place to spend a few quiet days. Its location is exceptional and the area is spectacular, both for its vegetation and for its tranquility. Daniel has been attentive to us at all times and recommended activities and places to visit. The house was very clean and tidy and there was no lack of detail. Our stay was unbeatable.

The house is great, it's large and cozy and super warm, with an impressive garden. On the host's side, everything was perfect with all the amenities. Highly recommended.

The stay at the house was a dream. It is just as described in the pictures. Careful, beautiful and thoughtful decoration. Nothing is missing. Comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and a spectacular garden. The location is excellent, very close to Gijón and in a strategic place to visit Asturias. The area is very peaceful, ideal to disconnect. Communication with Jorge was excellent, a great person, always attentive to make sure we were comfortable and left us a delicious Asturian sponge cake as a gift. Thank you for everything! If we return to the area, we'll be back :)

Excellent place to spend a few days in Gijón, very close to the beach, well located. Loly is an excellent host, we maintained good communication, gave us recommendations to leave and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time, even gave us a present for having stayed there :) Undoubtedly a good place to spend a few days in the city, communication with a person is appreciated so it offers a good place to stop an end or on vacation.

We loved Fonso's apartment. Everything was super clean and tidy. It perfectly matched the description, even exceeding our expectations. In addition, he welcomed us with an assorted breakfast tray, with juice, milk, coffee, sugar, saccharin and cookies. I hope we get the chance to do it again. Fonso was very flexible with our arrival time and recommended many varied places to eat during our stay. Everything was perfect.

We stayed 4 nights at Iciar's apartment to discover Oviedo and its surroundings. We really liked the apartment: practical, lots of space and in a lively neighborhood very close to downtown. Iciar is very responsive and attentive to our needs. Thank you!

Perfect location with garage space, and quiet area at the same time as very central

The first thing I want to say is that Oviedo is one of the most charming cities I know. Then I have to say that both Angel and Aurora were always attentive to all our requirements, including asking the occasional upstairs neighbor to stop communicating in vivo in the early morning. Regarding the apartment is simple, comfortable in its equipment and very well heated. In addition, it is in a neighborhood with all the services - up to the used post office -, quiet and very close to downtown and public transport. It was a VERY GOOD experience.

We were very good. The description fits what we found. Both Mario and Lili were very nice and a charm. Sitio recommendedado. We were very pleased!

The apartment was just as Letty had told us, she was very attentive to us and always available for anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped, even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

We have spent some great days in Asturias. Laura's house is perfect for getaways or to have a good vacation in Luanco. We'll be back!

I found this place by chance. We were two couples traveling. From the first minute the host contacted me to give me all the directions. I can say that it is the best place I have ever stayed in Asturias. An impeccable house, with dreamy views in the middle of the countryside. Exquisite cleanliness. A complimentary sponge cake with things for you to make yourself breakfast (coffee, milk, cocoa powder). The house is cozy, spacious and super-equipped. Javier stopped by to greet us and see if we needed anything. Really, only good words for this place and its owner. We look forward to returning!!

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town
