Family stay for Christmas. Perfect accommodation with a distribution that allows you to have 2 separate sleeping areas for 2 families. Clean place, great location. Restaurants, shops, possibility to have bikes. It has everything on site to enjoy and discover. It is easy to move from one place to another on the island. We had a lovely stay on the Île de Ré, the accommodation is well located in the heart of Saint Martin, which opens onto the shopping street, the port is a stone's throw away. Sylvia is very punctual, she was there when we arrived, to settle us into the accommodation and give us information and some tips to better enjoy our stay. We had a wonderful time with the family in Elsa's house and especially enjoyed the quiet location and the great terrace. We also enjoyed the beach of Gran Village, which we reached via a beautiful bike path. We found the house clean, as in the photos. Only the bathrooms/showers now showed signs of wear. The washing machine and dryer were very practical. Elsa was very friendly and accommodating in communication. We definitely recommend the place for a relaxing beach vacation on Ile d'Oleron!

this place is so lovely - perfect for our little family (we have 2 kids aged 3 and 6). right in the centre, short walk to the beach and couarde sur mer is beautiful and very kid friendly. hiring bikes was great as couarde sur mer is situated close to all the other little spots to explore. Emilie and Benjamin's place is clean, kid friendly and perfectly sized. a very special place, for couples, groups and families. the house has great amenities and toys, beach toys for the kids to borrow.

We had a wonderful stay at Véronique's. The welcome was warm, she is attentive and thinks of every small detail. The villa is splendid, tastefully decorated and equipped with premium materials. Special mention for the bed, of exceptional comfort! Our child loved the large chessboard in the garden. And easy access to the beach is a real asset. A real little piece of heaven, in complete privacy. We will come back without hesitation! PS: full of nice surprises you will not regret

Flawless accommodation, very well-equipped kitchen, pleasant and spacious living area. The bathroom is a little small but it does the job very well. We stayed there in winter, so the location and outdoor vehicle traffic in relation to the noise was not particularly disturbing (double glazing). Very nice hosts, good advice. Parking, market, bakery, pharmacy, convenience store nearby (walking distance). Functional connection and wifi. No complaints, perfect stay for us!
