The stay where don José Luis has been wonderful, as long as you are looking for a quiet place. The apartment is quite good, 3 spacious bedrooms, spacious kitchen, and comfortable bathroom, well cared for, clean and tidy. The owner's treatment is very close, always willing to help. Private parking. 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is perfect, well-equipped and conveniently located. The apartment enjoys exceptional views of the beach and is in the heart of the pretty fishing village of Luanco. Everything is therefore available and easy to reach on foot, which is perfect with children. The owner is very available and responsive in contact and on arrival we were super well hosted with a short walk in the neighborhood to discover places of necessity. Highly recommend this place for holidays with family and family, there is really something for everyone.

Beachfront accommodation, a little old but well maintained and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some Cokes, detergent, gel,...even 4 newly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and you don't have to rush to the supermarket. The location is great, right on the beach and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.

Luis is a very good host. The house is spacious, clean and located in a quiet area but very close to downtown, very comfortable to walk everywhere. Luis has facilitated us restaurants and bars where to have a drink in case I could help us, he was very kind in the delivery of the keys to the house and available when contacting.

Our stay at the place was excellent. The lady was very friendly and helpful at all times, making sure we were comfortable. We had an inconvenience because one of the tenants was sick, and she was very kind to allow us to stay longer than established, which was very helpful. Her hospitality and understanding made our experience even better. We would definitely recommend this place and return in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

The apartment was just as Letty had told us, she was very attentive to us and always available for anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped, even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

The apartment is super centr in Gijón and yet quiet. Everything (supermarket, bars, restaurants) is within minutes walking distance. It's also close to the sea and the city center. The apartment itself is nicely large and well-equipped. Especially the commodities such as shampoo, dishwashing liquid and towels were very helpful. In the event of a problem in the bathroom, they took good care of it even late at night and organized a plumber within an hour who fixed everything quickly. Overall, the apartment is recommended for a trip to Gijón!

Xurde and Rocío are amazing hosts. Since we booked they were very attentive and communicative, always kind and answering every question. The accommodation is perfect. Very comfortable, everything is very new and clean. It is a quiet little house in a very pleasant environment. We were very comfortable and will definitely repeat!

Cozy apartment, super new and in a very quiet area of Luanco. Pedro leaves you breakfast for the stay, a touch. we stayed 9 nights and we have a great time. plenty to do around. tenis, swimming, basketball. The beach is a 5 mins drive and it is a great beach.

Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, centrally located, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From minute one we felt right at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, since they had availability, they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We, for our part, will repeat 100%. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Until today I hadn't been able to leave the assessment. We had a wonderful time, with a very nice garden and a pool that my children immediately enjoyed. The house is impeccable, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. Communication was excellent and ease of access as well. We really appreciate the welcome we received from Maria and Jose.
