Ideal for tourism as Lugones has excellent communication, it is it is located 5 minutes from Oviedo and 15 minutes from Gijón and Avilés. Bus and train 1 minute from the house.

Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 or 4 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system. Very pleasant stay in a haven of peace. The house is on a promontory overlooking the small village of Arroes. The house is inside said village but the feeling you have is total privacy. Large garden with trees and the little luxury of having a swimming pool. The house is very bright, highlighting the multiple views from the T.V. dining room and from the kitchen. It is also very nice to be able to relax thanks to the outdoor furniture under the porch, watching it dusk in the valley. In short, a very cozy space highly recommended for those looking for comfort and tranquility. It has to be noted that there are hardly any shops in the surroundings and the closest supply points are Gijón and Villaviciosa about 15 minutes by car.

Lucia and her husband were charming, very helpful at all times and willing to do anything. We had a problem with the garage door and they solved it without any problem. They also had a nice touch and left us a box of cider. The house was much better than in the photos, the environment is quiet and the house has everything you need. We were a group of friends and we loved the stay. We would definitely come back. Thank you for everything, Lucia.

We were very comfortable at the house. It's a perfect house to disconnect and to see the surrounding villages because they are very beautiful. The house has all kinds of details for us and for the dogs. The garden is a wonderful place to go out for breakfast and for the dogs to play, ours had a great time. It's one of the cleanest houses we've ever found. Definitely and highly recommended We'll be back for sure.

The host and his wife welcomed us in the house with all kinds of things to survive a couple of days.. They explained everything about the house . The house is located in a beautiful place in the middle of nature and about 10 minutes from the shops. We would repeat again.

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

We stayed 2 nights of complete tranquility and intimacy. Surrounded by nature, but not far from anything. The house is great , comfortable bed, comfortable sofa and spacious garden for the enjoyment of our furry. The layout of the living room with a large sofa in front of the wonderful fireplace is a tip in favor!!!! We will be back , thank you very much Patricia !!!😊
