Our apartment is perfect for couples with or without children and solo travelers. It is located in a very quiet area close to the Royan market and the city center. You can fully enjoy Royan and its surroundings on foot or by bike. The apartment and residence are brand new. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine for longer stays. It has a large 50 m2 terrace, south-facing, ideal for enjoying the Royan sun.

Agnes and her concierge hosted us perfectly. The apartment has a very nice level of amenities (high-end furniture, linens), worthy of the big hotels. The sea view from the living room is a real plus and very soothing. Small terrace on the kitchen side. We would highly recommend this peaceful haven.

We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely little house, very well decorated, a very cute private garden, and a beautiful common garden, superbly maintained. Small quiet hamlet, where we can enjoy the quiet, and the birdsong. We had everything we needed, a joy. It's also very nice to chat with Jérémy. We'll be there again☺️.

We had the most amazing time here and couldn’t recommend it more highly! The house was beautifully furnished with plenty of space and a lovely private garden area. We spent the majority of our time relaxing by the swimming pool which had the sun all day. We were very impressed by the photos but it looks even nicer in person. Rozenn and Sam were extremely welcoming and friendly both during our arrival and departure, giving us a short tour of the house and explaining what the local area had to offer. They also supplied us with helpful information on restaurants nearby and a local veterinary practise for our Dog. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing break away, look no further than here!
