The house was nicer even than the pictures. Everything is very clean, well cared for, with the necessary things for the stay. Towels and linens clean, fluffy and great. The garden is a delightful. Lovely owners. We would definitely repeat

Very nice, quiet little house. The only complaint is that it is a little secluded, the road is long to get to the side. The accommodation is very clean and eggs and honey were offered to us.

It has been a very good stay,the house is located in a beautiful village,which if you are looking for tranquility is the perfect place, next to beautiful coastal villages. Xana and Adrian's service was perfect and they responded quickly to all our doubts . We will definitely repeat!!

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

The house was super comfortable and the place was unbeatable. Having breakfast in the garden with views of nature was incredible and we, who went with a puppy, were able to enjoy watching her run in the garden and enjoy it as much as we did. Highly recommended and very close to areas with all amenities

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

Good location as it is a 10-minute walk to the center, quiet area and easy and free parking. Alfonso is very kind and flexible both when entering and leaving the apartment. The entire apartment, and impeccable cleanliness. Totally recommended.

This is the second time we've stayed at their house, and we're delighted, great service and the house is in a beautiful place, you can walk to the plains, go for a run, walk the dog, who can also bathe in the river while you walk, very quiet area with easy parking. We will definitely be back.

As remote workers, we really appreciated the peace and quiet along with the comfortable, homely feel of this fantastic 2 bedroom apartment. With a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities that includes outdoor washing lines and the cutest kid’s room (with baby changing table and high chair), this place is perfect for couples and families. The hosts are wonderful and very quick to respond and have made sure to provide plenty of bedlinen, towels and coat hangers (hey! don’t tell me you are happy with just 3 hangers) If you are a light sleeper - Gijon and this apartment is for you. Not only do the blockout blinds create a cosy cave vibe, but there is zero noise pollution, it’s genuinely the quietest place we have ever stayed. Gustavo, he always helped us whenever we wrote to him. He was very flexible with the arrival time and was waiting for us to give us the key. The department is fully equipped. Clean, bright, warm and cute Comfortable beds, large rooms. I would definitely come back and I recommend it Andrea

Super good, we were very comfortable and the apartment is just like the photos, it has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. I recommend it 100%. Also we were lucky and throughout the end we were able to find free parking literally next door (if not close there is also a parking lot cheap)

The apartment is as shown in the photos, small and cozy, the area is central and with several supermarkets nearby and the restaurant that is a few meters from the gate is a 10 The host did everything possible so that we could check in ahead of schedule We were delighted

The apartment was just as Letty had told us, she was very attentive to us and always available for anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped, even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

The apartment is small but for what we wanted it to be sleeping was great, it has a lovely terrace the pity that we could not use it for the bad weather but it would definitely repeat

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town

Cesar's apartment is modern and well-equipped, and within easy walking distance (15-20 min) of Llanes town centre. In addition, there is a useful supermarket (Amerkal) and a cafe/bar close by. The wi-fi connectivity was great, ideal for internet TV, whilst the garage parking is a must have, especially during summer, as the street spaces are soon taken. Cesar himself was an excellent host, helpful and considerate, and with a good local knowledge of venues and events. Thoroughly recommended.
