The impeccable accommodation and the host, very friendly, you can't ask for more, all the facilities for a place with an unbeatable location. the elevator would have been the icing but that is not in the hands of the host, otherwise the location is worth it and as I say the attention compensates. highly recommended.

With Loreto and Miguel, the owners, communication was excellent throughout. The slightest thing was very quick to respond, always very helpful. highly recommended to spend a few days in Luanco and feel at home.

The place was super close to the beach. Amazing accommodation: a new building with all kinds of amenities. The kitchen is complete, with all kinds of appliances and kitchenware. Even tablecloths. A cozy little house in a quiet place in the heart of nature and charmingly decorated. Very good location to travel by car to several well-known places in Asturias and Petfriendly! Our dog enjoyed it even more than we did. Laura is very helpful and kind. We recommend it

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean and new. It's easy to park nearby and one garage space is included. Both bathrooms were also very well equipped. The pool and paddle court are very close, just across the street. The area is also great for spending a few days and getting to know Asturias, with the highway very close by. We really enjoyed the stay, we would be happy to repeat!

Frsncisco's apartment is ideal for spending a few days with the family. It has everything you might need, and they have it very well maintained. And Francisco is super attentive at all times from the beginning. It's nice to go to a place like this.

A little complicated the entrance to the accommodation, since they were delayed until four and a half in handing the keys to us ( in the description it indicated the entrance at three and check-out at twelve in the morning). Everything else is fine. The very good location, close to a supermarket and to the center of Llanes and its beaches. Having private parking is quiet since the area is quite crowded (at least in August). The pool and paddle court are perfect. We would definitely repeat.

This was a wonderful apartment to stay in. On the edge of Lllanes with only a 5-10 minute walk into town, very peaceful with the balcony looking on to trees and mountains in the distance. We loved having breakfast on the balcony. It is a new apartment and very well laid out. It felt spacious for our group - my wife and I and our two teenage children. Everything was very clean and our childrens' beds were separated as we had asked, and the apartment looked perfect when we arrived. Most of the other apartments seem to be owned by residents and it was very quiet. The block is at the end of a road and just across from the padel court and swimming pool which were also really quiet and very well kept. There are 2 padel racquets and balls stored in a cupboard in the double bedroom. There is a dedicated space in the carpark under the building and it was very easy to access with plenty room to turn. Communication was perfect - so fast, friendly and helpful - we would love to stay here again.

A beautiful, relaxing apartment with spectacular ocean views and a perfect location! Was very easy to enter and right on the beach front! Great host, would definitely recommend to others. Some tips for parking if you are visiting with a car and want to save some money whilst parking a short distance from the apartment… 1: Download the Telpark app. 2: Park at Jardines del Náutico. 3: Simply go into the app and put how many days you want to stay and it will give you a total and you pay via the app. We paid €29 for 2 nights. Once we paid on the app, we could come and go from the parking as we liked. Some other parking places close by charge €15 per 8 hours, so this one was great! Fantastic trip! Loved Gijón and Raul’s beautiful apartment. ☺️

We were staying for 1 month and felt right at home! It is very close to Alsa station and has a supermarket in front which has everything you need to get out of the way! When we need something, Daniela has responded shortly. The apartment was clean, with all the necessary utensils for cooking, dishwasher and even a clothes dryer! I recommend it!!

Muchas gracias, Tico! The place is beautiful despite the old building - it has total charm. ☺️ In front of the window you can hear the peaceful sheep and have a great view of the sea. Tico was very communicative and friendly. The journey works well with a campervan, but a larger car does not fit through the narrow streets. We felt very comfortable all around!

Really enjoyed my stay, the whole experience was so positive. From check in with Pilar, who was very kind and helped me with questions I had and recommended places I might like. The flat has a very calm atmosphere and is a pleasant retreat to return to after exploring Gijon, amazing views. Very central also so you can get everywhere quickly and the neighbourhood is interesting and lively by day. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Will and Pilar!

I have traveled alone, to disconnect and relax. The experience has been magnificent, the surroundings of the apartment spectacular, it has exceeded my expectations to spare. Alba went every day to do her job and always attentive in case I needed anything, a very sweet and nice girl. The owner of the apartment was also aware if I needed anything. I have left with a lot of penny but looking forward to coming back again. I highly recommend it!! For me it was a unique and unforgettable experience!!

We stayed 3 nights and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Inés was a great host, very close and friendly, she helped us with everything we needed during the stay and always responded to the chat quickly. The apartment is fantastic in a beautiful area of Llanes, very close to Calle Mayor but at the same time secluded enough to be very quiet. Everything unprepared, new and tastefully decorated, if we go back to Llanes try to repeat 100%. A 10/10, congratulations Ines!
