My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the second floor directly on the shores of Lake Forggensee with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge).
