Our house with large terrace is located on the outskirts of Bolsterlang/Sonderdorf, directly at the beginning of numerous, beautiful hiking trails, cycling and ski tours. No through traffic. The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own bathroom, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a lounge and a shared kitchen with a huge covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests by arrangement for quiet use. Dogs only by prior arrangement. In addition, there is an apartment for 6 - 8 people on the top floor.

Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / Summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend the summer as well as the winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes. All bus and train rides are free of charge with the guest card.

Alternativ können Sie gegen Aufpreis auch beide Zimmer für jeweils eine Person pro Zimmer oder für 3 - 4 Personen buchen. Die Mehrkosten in Höhe von 108 € können in bar bei Ankunft bezahlt werden.

The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

You will have a room in a typical bavarian house. The house is at the end of a dead end. It´s very calm over there. The bed is 200 x 140 cm. If there is a second guest, I will charge an other 20.—Euro. There are 3 dogs in the house, so you shouldn´t be afraid of dogs or being allergic. They are used to other dogs. To Ammersee you have about 500 meters. If you want to visit Munic. It´s a 1 hour ride by train, or about 45 minutes by car.

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony.
