You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into slumber for the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved in particular by the reconditioned visible beams. The house is at 900m altitude, so the climate is a bit harsher, but still very sunny in the summer. Especially the location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer.
