We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

The former farm offers about 120 m² of idyllic living space all to yourself. There are three cozy, simple bedrooms, an old farmhouse kitchen with wood stove and a quaint farmhouse parlor with a tile stove, which invites you to cozy hours. The bathroom is rustically furnished and has a beautiful wooden floor. They do not expect luxury in our house, but a cozy and loving atmosphere as in grandmother's times. Old but GOLD

Comfortable and spacious apartment in a rural area. Through an extensive hallway you reach all 3 bedrooms as well as the large kitchen-living room that can accommodate 6 people, from there you reach a large south-facing balcony . In addition, there is a living room with a nice seating area from where you can access the balcony to the east. The big bathroom has a bath, shower and a sink, the toilet is separate.

A wonderful, large luxury flat in a 500-year-old former farm - something very special. Luxury and tranquillity paired with perfect internet access (250 Mbit), sauna and fireplace in the 2000sqm garden for cosy barbecues. Indoor barbecue is possible. In the heart of the Allgäus lies our lovingly furnished apartment in the attic of our residential building. In 2018, we created a quaint and cozy Allgäu parlor with a lot of love for detail. In a very quiet location, you can escape everyday life with us and still be at a superbly connected starting point to enjoy the Allgäu.

Our mountain oasis in a dream location

We have lovingly renovated our small mountain oasis and would be delighted to welcome you as a guest. Enjoy a unique mountain view, both from the bedroom and from the living room. Dogs are welcome and cost €25 per dog per stay. The tourist tax of €1.90 per day/person would have to be paid upon departure.
