Comfortable accommodation in Blue Land on the Murnauer Moos

Our small 60 square meter apartment integrated in the house is located between Murnau and Oberammergau on the Murnauer Moos. The area invites you to take mountain and bike rides, hikes and swimming trips to the surroundings. Lakes such as Staffel, Kochel- and Walchensee. Also day trips to Austria, e.g. Lechtal, nothing stands in the way, since in about 1 hour reachable. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a balcony and a view of the Estergebirge. Our village shop takes care of the culinary and can be reached in 1 min from 6:30 am.

Beautifully located cottage (Bj 2020) with a sunny terrace at the foot of the Auerberg in the village of Bernbeuren. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. There is an in-law on the attic. Towards the south-east you have a wonderful view of the mountains. All rooms are newly furnished, 2 bedrooms with boxspring beds, TV room with sofa bed for 2. 2x55 inch satellite smart TV and WLAN, as well as bed linen and towels available. Bathroom with tub and shower, toilet with washing machine. Parking near the house.

The surrounding area is therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, walking and cycling. In the basement there is a pool and sauna, which can be reached via a basement pathway. There's a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini golf course on the outdoor area. Important: In Nov, the pool & sauna are usually closed due to maintenance.

Bei der Komplettsanierung haben wir darauf geachtet, dass der Flair des stilvollen Hauses zu erkennen ist, aber der Komfort an Wohnen den heutigen Ansprüchen mehr als gerecht wird. So ist die schön sanierte Wohnung mit einer Schlafmansarde unter dem ausgebauten Dach ausgestattet. Hier könnt Ihr gut schlafen und schön wohnen.

Our cozy and newly furnished "Alpenlodge" opened its doors in March 2022 and is located in a rural farming area just above the city Wenns in Pitztal. Former economic building of the forestry, rebuilt in 2006, very quiet in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal spa can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, while other thermal baths are within 25 km. The summer cottage is not suitable for children under 4 years and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.
