Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Old Town, Bologna

A large space with all necessary services in old, charismatic farmhouse. Valentina was very communicative and friendly, and received us when we arrived. A strong point of the place is the location: it is a very nice place for people who like nature and love hiking. Good value for money.

Giovanni was super nice and accommodating! He was very flexible about check-in and check-out times and even picked me up from the bus stop in the evening and showed me everything. In the accommodation, there was everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. You can get to the city center within about 20-30 minutes by bus, the buses run frequently and also in the evening.

The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

We had wonderful days at Enrico's place. After a very long journey, we were allowed to enter the accommodation earlier and were warmly welcomed later. Very quiet environment with a beautiful view. If you want to sit outside, however, you should be prepared for the mosquitoes. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend the cottage! ☺️

Elena was very nice and helpful. The villa is very nice, in the quiet nature reserve. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several options for breakfast, we had a great time.

Very awesome! Great historic story behind the tower. The stairs outside to get up to the tower were slick when wet. And there are a lot of them. Otherwise wonderful stay!!

It was an amazing stay in rural Italy! You feel really close to the nature - lots of hiking trails (from easy to difficult) can be found in the area, some of them right near the house. And at least when we stayed there were no tourists in the woods, we were the only ones, plus a few locals. We stayed with our dogs, who enjoyed the large private garden of the house. Marzio and Rebecca gave us many great recommendations, sent us contacts of the restaurants nearby, were instantly available for all questions and - overall - they went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We highly appreciate that! Note also that this house is suitable for remote work - I actually had to work for the whole month, and the Internet connection worked well for me (just make sure you inform the owners in advance, so that they arrange the right package). In the village nearby you can find a really good butcher, and I will highly recommend farmers market in Poretta Terme every Saturday - for vegetables, fruits and the best porchetta we ever tried. There is a lot to see in this area, and of course - there is a lot to eat and to drink! We enjoyed our stay a lot!!!

If you want to go far away from tourism and experience high altitude, this is the place. The road leads up to the last house where there is peace and quiet. It's very authentic and old style throughout the home , we were offered coffee by the lower house which was very sweet . We slept here for two days, it is well located in the middle of Florence, bologne, Pisa

Everything ran smoothly and the appartment fit the description completely. Our 16-month baby had a great time as Vladimir took care of supplying us with a high chair and a cot for him. 100% recommendable for families with little kids. The location of the appartment is perfect, half way the main station and the city center. You can visit Bologna by foot without any problem. If we come back to Bologna, we will stay again at Vladimir's!
